My child has attended this nursery for 8 months and I cannot fault the staff at Sallowbush. They truly go above and beyond to make sure both my son and I are comfortable. They keep me updated majority of days with how my child's day went and what activities they got up to and often upload onto the app to keep me updated with photos and videos. They are always there for any questions, worries or concerns with a smile on their face and they truly care about the children they look after. It's always appreciated and they do a great job with my child!

Overall, I'd recommend it to parents looking for a supportive and friendly setting for their child.

My son is always happy on the way home from school telling me about his very busy day and how all the workers are so lovely to him and make him feel very comfortable. Great nursery great facilities and even better nursery workers.

My son absolutely loves going and is always excited for his day there, which says everything. It's so reassuring as a parent to know he is safe, happy, and well cared for. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a nurturing and positive place for their child.

We have had a lot of difficulties with my daughter and they go out of there way to be supportive and kind to us both, my daughter has progressed amazing with the support of the teachers

My daughter goes here and I think the staff here are absolutely lovely! They are always making sure the children are well looked after and always gives feedback on how my daughters days been. She absolutely loves this nursery, and the staff are very helpful with me.

My daughter started last summer and has settled in lovely. The staff are very kind and attentive and she's very happy to go to playgroup. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds and her confidence is amazing. She's made good friendships groups and looks forward to her time there.

It's nice to be able to see what's she's been learning via the app and see her progress. The rooms are well equipped and colourful with plenty of choice to play and discover. My daughter's favourite is the garden where she can ride bikes, play on the slide and do messy play. We think it's a lovely playgroup and would highly recommend.

A nursery that goes above and beyond for every child and their individual needs. The nursery has in place routine and structure which helps me child SEND thrive. From a timid quiet child to a boy who has found his confidence and voice - the staff here has changed his life. I feel my child is listened to and understood. Highly recommend this nursery and will be sending my next child here also.

We're so happy with Arbury Preschool. Since Eleanor started, the caring staff have helped her settle in beautifully. She's now engaging with other children, joining in group play, and coming home excited to tell us about her day. The team creates such a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels included. It's been lovely to see her confidence and social skills grow. Highly recommend.

I have only good things to say about my time at the kindergarten. I really appreciate the patience shown towards my child, and the quick and efficient way the kindergarten staff resolves any issues. My child's adaptation went quickly. My child comes home in a good mood. I feel that my child is safe and under the supervision of professionals.

Lovely nursery, my daughter loves going here. She's making friends, learning new things and also talks about the teachers that work there. She's so excited to go to nursery and see her key worker and friends. She always comes out happy. :)

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this preschool! Our daughter has had the absolute best time here and truly looks forward to every day. The staff consistently go above and beyond, not just for the children but for the parents as well, making sure everyone feels happy, comfortable, and informed. It is so clear that they genuinely care for each child, and their dedication shows in everything they do. They are truly amazing at their jobs.

Each situation and experience is different but my son is happy, included and settled which is all that I can ask for.

The nursery is brilliant, close to home, staff are friendly, kind and supportive. My child loves going here and has made new friends. The nursery is very accommodating when I have appointments or childcare issues I can always ask to change days and times and its never too much trouble.

The impact on my child has been heartbreaking: he developed a tremor when faced with the idea of nursery, wakes up with nightmares, and becomes scared when we drive past the building. My complaint was ignored, and the response I received was unhelpful. I deeply regret ever trusting this nursery.

Better communication protocols need to be in place to ensure parents are notified well in advance if the nursery cannot provide the services promised. This lack of professionalism is very disappointing.

Helen and the team look after the children well and my son is happy to go everyday. We send him with his own pack lunch everyday, therefore I was not able to add a rating for this particular feedback.

Very happy how much Paige has picked up on so many words and is now able to say. My daughter loves it and has a very good bond with the staff.

My daughter started at the beginning of the year and is coming along really well. The staff are amazing and will always support you and your children. I will always recommend anyone to put their child here.
