I have twins who started at the nursery in January 2026 being 13 months old, as a first time mum I was anxious about nursery and how the girls would be away from me and did not feel ready for the change or to leave my babies. Their settling in sessions took place during the change in management which made me more nervous however, I cannot fault the new manager, she has been a rock for me especially during the settling in sessions, we agreed the girls needed an extra one and to me makes all the difference to know each child's needs are assessed and met. The first couple of months were hard at drop off and pick up with the girls being upset, that said the updates we received during the day I knew they were enjoying themselves. Fast forward to today and the girls are excited when we pull up at nursery they thoroughly enjoy their time there. The activities and weekly themes put on by the staff are amazing and I truly am grateful the girls attend such a fun, loving and caring environment.

I am thoroughly happy with our experience since the process of looking around and signing up with ease. Majority of the staff recently changed when we started coming and they have all always gone the extra mile to support us especially in an emergency that we recently had. I feel comforted to know that they are safe and looked after in every way. All the exciting activities are really usual for them and for us to get involved.

I was initially really anxious about sending my son to nursery and after looking around a few in my local area, I decided Headstart was the place I wanted him to go. All the staff have been so kind and supportive. My son is very clingy and particular who he will go to so it speaks volumes that he's comfortable with everyone there. He's always got a big smile on his face when I pick him up and it's really nice that you get a run down of how he's been and what he's been up to whilst there.

It's reassuring to know my daughter is in such caring hands, and I would happily recommend Headstart Day Nursery to other parents.

Headstart nursery is a place to be for a child. The environment is full of educative toys and at the same time fun. The staffs are well trained and looking after my child properly. A report of what happened each day is given. My child is also happy to be in the nursery.

Billy has been at this nursery group since he was 9 months old, he is now 4. He has come such a long way, confidence has grown and he loves his teachers. The staff are so kind and good with him. Thank you all for everything you do

Both of my boys go here and are thriving in their milestones. Very happy with their progress and thankful for the staffs knowledge and helpful for advice and keeping the boys happy! Both boys trying new things and bringing home new words and willing to try everything!

I had my older child at this nursery and currently have my three year old here who has attended since she was 9 months old. I can honestly say that it has been an absolute godsend over the past 5 years. My children have had fantastic relationships with the fabulous staff, the chef is amazing and the care they have both recieved has been truly fantastic. Could not recommend enough.

I can't praise Bluebells and their team highly enough. The level of care, enthusiasm, creativity in learning, and clear communication about our children is truly outstanding. From our very first visit, we felt completely at ease, and after a year with them, that initial feeling has only grown even stronger. Our children are incredibly happy, settled, and thriving there.

Both of our children have food allergies, which Bluebells accommodates seamlessly and without any concern. They were more than happy to show us the kitchen and talk us through the clear policies and procedures they have in place to keep our children safe. That transparency gave us enormous reassurance, and we trust them completely.

I can without a doubt highly recommend The Anchor Day Nursery and Pre School. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was a nervous parent but my son has absolutely thrived since being here. The provision the nursery and pre school provide is extremely high quality and the care the staff show towards my son has meant that I am no longer a nervous parent! As a family we have had a difficult year but this was made easier by the support we were given by the staff here. My son loves The Anchor and he gets so excited when he knows he is going to pre school. A massive thank you to all the staff for the support, care and high quality provision you have given my son!

Our twins have been attending Bluebells Day Nursery Eltisley since they were just 7 months old and are now nearly 2, and they absolutely love it. They have so much fun, adore all the staff-who are incredibly friendly and welcoming-and happily stroll in each morning to sit down for breakfast.

We were understandably nervous about starting nursery and wanted to be sure they would be happy and well cared for, but choosing Bluebells was by far one of the best decisions we've made. We visited a few nurseries, but this one stood out because of its lovely atmosphere and smaller, more personal setup. It doesn't feel overcrowded, and it really gives us confidence that our twins receive more one-to-one attention than we've seen elsewhere.

Communication is always excellent-the app is brilliant and regularly updated, and we love seeing what they've been up to during the day and looking through the photos. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. They look after our 18-month-old as if they were their own, which gives us complete peace of mind. It truly is a wonderful place. The staff are caring and attentive, and they always make our child feel safe, loved, and happy. They provide so many engaging activities for the children, helping them learn and develop every day. We're incredibly grateful for the care and effort they put into everything they do, and we would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

What impressed us most was the staff - they are friendly, caring, and couldn't be more accommodating, especially when it came to settling our little boy. Our youngest daughter started at 9 months old and fitted in from the minute she was enrolled. They both love the staff and we have always had easy contact with the nursery. There is such a sense of caring for all the children, yet a good balance of following rules. They were more than willing to help in preparing my daughters EHCP and have always welcomed her back to holiday club with open arms, despite her additional care needs. Nothing fazes the staff, who go above and beyond to make children happy!
