Day Nurseries Owned by Flying Start Ltd in Hertfordshire

The nursery has been a perfect fit for our son. He’s been really excited to go since day 1 and we have seen lots of progress in him! Staff is really friendly and helpful and go out of the way to make sure he is happy and learning. Highly recommend it.

Great little nursery where, due to the small class size, the children get plenty of one on one attention. The staff really care about the children and make every effort to aid in their development; we saw great progress in our son during his time there. There’s lots of space for playing and discovering inside and outdoors as well as many activities for the children. We’ll be sending our daughter there when the time comes. Highly recommended!

My daughter attends Flying Starts pre-school and loves it! She cannot wait to go every Friday and has felt comfortable and happy since day 1. The staff is all fabulous and the children all have great fun learning new things.

I sent my three-year-old here feeling quite anxious after six months of lockdown. They made every effort to settle her and were so flexible in doing this gradually so that she was happy to stay. She has grown in skills, confidence, and maturity and I will definitely be sending my toddler there when she is older. I love the focus on creativity and being outdoors and we will miss the staff so much when she moves on to ‘big school’!

The preschool is spacious and bright with lots of things to do. The teachers are very supportive and always think of new activities to engage children, especially termly topic books. My son loves outings to the local farm and is always happy at Flying Start.

Feeling reluctant to let go, I was very apprehensive about sending my daughter to nursery. When she came out with the biggest smile on her face and telling me how she had a great day, I knew we had made the right decision sending her to Flying Start. The staff are all amazing and make such an effort on a personal level with both its children and their parents. She will be sad to leave, but I’m excited to send my son there next year.

My daughter enjoys her stay at the nursery. She always has a happy face once she is back home after a fun filled day at the nursery. I guess it’s down to the wonderful teachers at the nursery and the ideal set up they have for kids to explore and enjoy.
