Review of Nanny Bears Childcare @ Fordmore Farm from E F (Mother of Child) published on 28 November 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Nanny Bears. It truly is a home from home. The atmosphere is warm, calm and welcoming, and you can really feel that the staff care deeply about the children. They go above and beyond to make sure each child feels safe, nurtured, and valued.

I feel completely secure and confident leaving my child here each day, knowing they are genuinely cared for.

Review of Nanny Bears Childcare @ Fordmore Farm from Megan G (Mother of Child) published on 12 November 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My 18-month-old son suffered a head injury resulting in hospital treatment rafter falling from unsuitable climbing equipment; no staff saw the fall, raising serious concerns about supervision. When I arrived, no proper first aid had been given, later confirmed by medical professionals. This followed other incidents - frequent bumps, a fall from a chair, which were not always communicated.
Management then pressured us to sign a statement saying first aid had been given, and said our son could not return unless we agreed. We found this coercive and inappropriate. Their investigation was unprofessional and at times rude, with poor communication and little empathy.

Our son often came home hungry and excessively thirsty and was still distressed at drop-off after months of attendance, unlike in other settings. We withdrew him as we no longer felt he was safe or supported. I hope serious improvements are made.
