Knowing that you feel confident and secure leaving your child with us each day means the world. Thank you for trusting us and for being part of the Nanny Bears family.
My 18-month-old son suffered a head injury resulting in hospital treatment rafter falling from unsuitable climbing equipment; no staff saw the fall, raising serious concerns about supervision. When I arrived, no proper first aid had been given, later confirmed by medical professionals. This...
Management then pressured us to sign a statement saying first aid had been given, and said our son could not return unless we agreed. We found this coercive and inappropriate. Their investigation was unprofessional and at times rude, with poor communication and little empathy.

The above review is inaccurate in its entirety and all false allegations are treated with the utmost seriousness, and the company reserves all rights to defend its position. Our legal team is examining potential actions in response to the false claims.
Ofsted conducted an investigation and, after thorough review, concluded that the claims were unfounded and that we were compliant with all legal requirements. No further action was indicated. Evidence of this is there are no notifications on our registration. For verification, see Ofsted's report.
Ultimately the company exercised their contractual right, to terminate the contract with immediate effect, due to a breach in the companies Parent Behaviour Policy. Documentary evidence (e.g., email records) can be provided to support this, if necessary.
