We cannot fault it. We've been with the nursery since 2022 and have another in the Baby Room now too and we have never had anything but amazing things to say. The staff are all so lovely, our daughter's both love it and the peace of mind is worth it's weight in gold. The fact that it's all inclusive,
the kids go on outings and have different activities throughout the week, like yoga and ballet, is fantastic. I know all the parent joke that the kids eat better in nursery than they do at home. So many updates on Family too, which is nice to see. You truly feel how much the staff love all the kids, which is reciprocated. I am so grateful to them, we got so lucky.

I couldn't be more pleased with Hove Village Nursery. My daughter joined at nine months and now, as she readies for school, she continues to thrive. She loves going each day, forming strong friendships across rooms and knowing all of the staff, not just her key worker. The curriculum balances play-based
learning with school-readiness: in the past six months she's come home excited about letters, phonics, numbers, and creative projects. The recent refurbishment has transformed rooms, communal areas, and the garden into vibrant, resource-rich spaces. Hove Village Nursery feels like an extended family, nurturing her confidence, curiosity, and social skills.

We had a wonderful experience with Bloomsbury on the Beach. It is not a cheap nursery (and we worried about the costs) but it was absolutely worth it for us and in the end it felt like great value - we couldn't imagine having gone elsewhere. The location is fantastic, easily accessible and great to
cycle to. It's a great space inside, welcoming and full of lovely things for the kids. There are lots of superb activities and outings and obviously plenty of time spent on the beach right next door. The food menu was great, with lots of diverse and interesting options to build interest in the kids.
However, the most important thing for us by far was the excellent nature of the staff. Our son was very shy and could be overwhelmed but we never had to worry that he wasn't being looked after and looked out for. Even though there was some turnover in staff, the tone was set by the manager and we knew that whoever was working there would give the children their all. A big thank you to everyone there!

From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear that this nursery is a special place filled with warmth and care. And locations says it all: lovely seafront with so many activities for kids to do and explore. Our Little girl is having fantastic time and has settled in so well.

and managers at BOTB are amazing. They show great dedication, patience, and kindness towards each child, nurturing their curiosity and encouraging their growth. Kids are engaging in amazing trips and indoor activities like cooking soup and baking. The individual attention they provide has made a significant difference in my child's development.
The activities are thoughtfully designed to engage children for learning and fun. My little one has bonded with staff and peers so well and it will be sad to leave this place for her new adventure at the school.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was at Bloomsbury On The Beach for the year that my twins were there. From the moment I first visited, we knew it was the perfect place for them. The staff was not only warm and welcoming but genuinely passionate about the care and development of each
child.
What stood out most was the caregivers truly made an effort to form a personal connection with each child and showed an unmatched level of patience and care.
Over the course of the year, I saw my twins thrive - not only in their social skills but also in their independence and confidence. The nursery's emphasis on early learning, socialising, and developing good habits has had a lasting positive impact on them.
I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a nurturing and professional nursery for my children. It was an absolute pleasure to see them grow in such a positive environment, and I am forever blessed and grateful for the wonderful team at Bloomsbury On The Beach.

Our 2 daughters attended Bloomsbury on the Beach Day Nursery in the summer of 2024.
They absolutely loved their time at 'mermaid school' and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We've been very happy with Bloomsbury on the Beach and most importantly, so has our son! The nursery is new and well-equipped with a great variety of toys and books that keep the children engaged and learning. The food there was healthy and tasty.

additional classes like yoga that add something special to the routine. One of the things we loved the most was the wonderful celebrations they arranged, such as the lantern walk to the beach, where parents could join in and share memorable experiences with their children. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring and our son felt comfortable and happy with them all. The location is another great advantage, especially in the summer, as it's right next to the beach and a playground, making it easy to meet other parents and kids after pick-up.
Overall, we highly recommend Bloomsbury to any parents looking for a warm, engaging and well-organised setting for their little ones.

Bloomsbury on the beach (BOTB) Team was an amazing support to our son. They provided a safe and stimulating environment for our son. They were very accommodating, patient, caring and always sought to improve our son's speech and language skills. A big thank you and shout out to the BOTB and Bloomsbury
street day nursery (BSDN) Teams. We are really grateful for your support, kindness and consideration of our son's special needs. I loved the fact that they took the kids out for exploration and outdoor activities. The team at Bloomsbury on the Beach Day Nursery are wonderful with the children. They really get to know both your child and your child's family/important people. The manager always used to remember my eldest child and make a big fuss of him whenever we picked up my daughter.

this that make it a really kind, special environment. The trips and activities the children do are really rich and fun. I felt my daughter, despite being a Covid baby, was really social because of how the nursery integrates the children. It's a really special place that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. We have three children and our youngest is at Bloomsbury on the Beach Day Nursery. She has been in a couple of other nursery settings and the Beach is, by far, the best one we have experienced in Brighton. She skips to school each day (she never says goodbye to us) and it's sometimes hard to get her
to come home! The team there, especially the manager and a member of staff, in particular, are absolutely outstanding. They sing songs, go on walks, do trips, make craft (and soup) and generally have the best time. We've experienced eight-plus nursery settings across our three children and we believe Bloomsbury on the Beach to be the best we've experienced. Thank you so much to the manager and team.

Bloomsbury on the beach is a Brighton treasure. The excellent leadership and incredibly lovely team have created a wonderful environment for kids right on the beach that our daughter loved going to. The kids go out for trips often to the beach & nearby parks and learn loads thanks to attentive teachers
who go the extra mile to make their days more special. The food that the children get is healthy & nutritious and encouraged our daughter to eat more variety at home. They were also amazingly patient in helping her through a tricky toilet training stage. We absolutely loved sending our daughter here and cannot recommend it enough to interested parents.

I have had both of my girls grow up in Hove Village for the last 4 years. They have been so happy and encouraged and I have loved them being there as a parent. I have trusted in the staff fully and felt kept up to date and that my babies were well looked after. Very sad our time with them has ended

Our child is very happy and settled at Bloomsbury on the Beach Day Nursery. He is learning so much and is really encouraged to follow his interests. The activities seem really engaging and varied, with lots of opportunities to be creative and also learn practical skills. The staff team is amazing -
we have found everyone to be very kind, caring and nurturing. And the managers are very open to feedback and suggestions. The facilities and resources are lovely and seem well looked after. The lack of outside space doesn't impact the time the children spend outside and our child really enjoys the variety of trips that are arranged on a daily basis (these have included; beach, playground, gardens and parks, museum, bus rides, shopping trips). The food provided seems varied and healthy. Overall, we have been very happy with this nursery and would highly recommend it!

I am overwhelmed with happiness because of the care and creativity at Hove Village Nursery. My 4-year-old has flourished at your setting as she has been given the space and, most importantly, the understanding she needed to get over some bad past experiences at previous settings which led to built-up
anxiety. I have done work on myself as a parent too which has also been a massive factor as I have learnt to change my approaches to her needs. This will change as she grows older and has different challenges. However, a child's start in life is important to set the tone for the future, so I am glad she ended her preschool life at Hove Village. She is very ready for school and was the happiest and most excited yesterday as we visited her new school.

Hove Village is an excellent nursery that both my children have attended from a young age and we've always had a great level of care. Following the upgrade of outdoor facilities, these have certainly improved but could further benefit from other outdoor resources. Staff have always been friendly and

The kids have absolutely loved their time at the nursery and we've had a great experience with the staff at every stage. We've found there to be so many lovely activities and science experiments
and, with it being a smaller nursery, there's been a lovely group of close friends for the kids.
The food has been amazing! It really helped at the weaning stage and we always get good ideas for healthy meals for them via the nursery app.
We would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

Bloomsbury Street Nursery is absolutely fantastic. My daughter is cared for by the wonderful team who know her inside out and cater to her every need. She has specific dietary needs and as well as catering for those with varied and delicious meals and snacks every day, they also create an exciting range
of activities for her to complete every day. Her speech and motor skills are brilliantly supported and she loves every single day at nursery. The spaces are clean, tidy, and very well maintained and the little ones go out on regular trips. I could recommend Bloomsbury Street more highly and have taken both of my children there. Fantastic!
The children are safe and well-cared for and the communication with the team on site as well as the finance team is easy and quick. There is nothing I would change!
