Thank you for the graduation ceremony, it was really nice seeing our daughter happy and singing in the graduation gown. she really looked amazing. Overall Experience

Twisty tails has been amazing at helping my 2.5yr old settle in as she struggled being away from me. They helped me persevere and understand how to handle the settling in period. My daughter has started enjoying her time at nursery now and is learning lots of new things. The staff have been available

to answer any worries I may have and have taken the time to sit down to go through her progress. I have also seen how clean the nursery is, which was a huge factor for me.

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Twisty Tails Stanmore. The manager and her team have taught both my girls. They've encouraged them, given them confidence, shown them the same support we give them at home. My youngest is thriving with one member of staff's support. We've seen a huge improvement. In less than

a year she as learnt to be more vocal, express herself and she's learnt confidence.
The manager and her team give a home from home nursery environment. They provide hearty, nutritional meals and ensure to cater to all children's likes. They always go above and beyond. I cannot thanks the manager and the rest of the team enough for all that they do.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending this nursery since early 2024. She has learned and picked up so much in this time. Her keyworker is great and is always giving me updates on her progress, she really helped my daughter settle in when she was having a rough time to the adjustment of starting nursery.
The

manager responds to my many emails and questions promptly and is always ready to help.
All staff members I have come across are polite and friendly and always greet my daughter by name when I'm dropping her off.

We was recently invited into the nursery for a mothers day activity and it was a lovely to see the children interacting with eachother and the staff. My daughter loved showing me all around the garden where she plays regularly.

Overall this nursery suits my needs and the needs of my daughter, and I am happy with my decision.

So happy with Twisty Tails Nursery, my 1 year old has been attending for a few months and when she first started she could hardly say any words , she would cry at drop off and when picked up.. following to now she says so many words can copy other people and no longer cries at drop off , puts her arms

out for the member of staff. Cannot thank the manager enough , communication from the get go has been amazing any questions i have i receive same day response!

Overall Experience

Twisty Tails Nursery has been absolutely wonderful for our little one, who started about seven weeks ago. The app they use has been a game-changer, providing us with peace of mind and allowing us to plan our evenings effectively when our little one returns home. The manager has been incredibly helpful

with any questions we've had, always responding with genuine honesty and making sure we feel supported. We never feel like any inquiry is too much, and it's clear that she is dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children, parents, and staff alike.
The staff have also been amazing with our baby, and it's heartwarming to see the strong attachment she has developed with them already. It's clear they truly care about the children in their care. The nursery offers everything you could need to feel comfortable, which is so important when entrusting someone with your child's well-being. We feel completely at ease knowing our little one is in such capable, loving hands.

Overall Experience

Twisty Tails in Stanmore is a fantastic nursery. We have been sending our daughter for 7 months now and can genuinely say the staff treat our daughter as if she were their own - which is very important to us as our families live far away. A special thank you to 3 members of staff in particular for the

love and care they give my daughter. I can clearly see when I pick her up every evening that they have a very strong bond with her.
Environment: What struck me on my first visit was that the nursery environment is very clean, safe, and spacious so my little one can explore different areas of the room. the nursery continues to invest in new books, toys, and playing equipment for both indoor and outdoor use for the children.
Food: The food they serve at the nursery is so delicious my daughter regularly has two portions! It also encourages me to be more experimental with her diet.
Activities: They also regularly hold themed days and festivals for the children such as Beach Day and Holi for the children.

My son has been going to Twisty Tails since he was two and is now starting school. I am very happy with the experience and have trust in the staff. My son had presenting problems and the staff were able to help him and supported him very well. He has always come home telling me he has had a good day

and enjoyed playing with his friends. There is one staff member that he absolutely adored and she did help him with a lot. They are very good with communication and if you have any issues they sort it out professionally. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Everything about Twisty Tails is exceptional. The team and the management are second to none. All of whom go out of their way to provide the best possible service and care for our little one. Amazing food is tailored to our little one's personal dietary requirements, all prepared on-site by their wonderful

Overall Experience

Twisty Tails Stanmore is a nursery I will 100% recommend without hesitation. The staff go above and beyond to care for our little one, with regular updates throughout the day and an open line of communication all the time. When our little one was settling in I was always updated on his progress. The

team are friendly, kind and nurturing and are very much like family, if not better than some! The food is delightful, all prepped and cooked onsite by their dedicated chefs and our little one's dietary requirements catered for with no hassle. There is an array of different cuisines which is a firm favourite of mine. The nursery itself is clean, fresh and well-looked after. I love that there are different classes for the children during the week too and outdoor play is encouraged. The management team and staff have created a loving fun environment for the children to thrive in. I will be so sad when we have to leave.

I wanted to express my gratitude for how the staff at Twisty Tales Stanmore have made my son happily settle at the nursery. He looks forward to going to nursery and enjoys the wide range of activities, resources and classes available to him. Thank you for encouraging him to explore and try out new activities

and making him feel comfortable at the same time.
I would like to say a big thank you to the manager who goes out of her way to ensure that the nursery is kept at an exceptional standard. The manager is always happy to help in any way with every query I have and will always be honest and give me helpful advice.

My daughter enjoys going to nursery. They have an app that gives you an idea of what goes on regularly. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do through the effort that is put into hygiene, feedback and the variety of activities the kids do e.g. The musical instruments.

Overall Experience

Exceptional nursery providing the highest levels of care and attention. My baby (1 year) joined in January 2023. I was naturally apprehensive about the settling-in proces0, along with my child going to nursery having spent over a year with my baby, yet the staff made the settling-in process so easy.

She's so calm and loves it. The staff clearly adore her and have provided her with a safe and nurturing space to grow and learn. I could not recommend this nursery enough. The smaller size of the nursery means that they can really focus on your child. The facilities are absolutely beautiful too - it's brand new and so is just a lovely warm space. They offer baby yoga and well-being too which I think is just absolutely lovely. I loved it the moment I stepped in. It's not near a main road which means that the outdoor space is really well protected/safeguarded from noise unlike other nurseries.
