Twisty Tails Nursery (Colindale)

My child enjoys the nursery and settled well. Since she joined preschool i have seen an improvement in her writing and reading skills at home. They ran a father's day event which allowed me to see the full experience of the nursery which was a good addition.

I am incredibly pleased with the progress my son, Eric, has made at this nursery. As a single parent, I truly appreciate the dedicated support and the nurturing environment provided by the staff. I have noticed significant positive changes in his communication and confidence, especially regarding his speech and language needs. We are sad to leave, but very grateful for everything they have done to prepare him for school. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

The only area for improvement might be a general refurbishment of the premises, as other locations appear more modern. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.

All staff members I have come across are polite and friendly and always greet my daughter by name when I'm dropping her off.

We was recently invited into the nursery for a mothers day activity and it was a lovely to see the children interacting with eachother and the staff. My daughter loved showing me all around the garden where she plays regularly.

Overall this nursery suits my needs and the needs of my daughter, and I am happy with my decision.

My son has been going to Twisty Tails since he was two and is now starting school. I am very happy with the experience and have trust in the staff. My son had presenting problems and the staff were able to help him and supported him very well. He has always come home telling me he has had a good day and enjoyed playing with his friends. There is one staff member that he absolutely adored and she did help him with a lot. They are very good with communication and if you have any issues they sort it out professionally. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We enjoyed the Father's Day. It was a nice experience. Loved to see my daughter so happy at the nursery and having so much fun. My daughter is normally very shy. Thank you all for your kind and caring!

My child attended Twisty Tails Colindale Nursery for the last 2 years. She is now ready for a big school and I would like to say a big thank you to the Colindale team. The staff are amazing and we will miss you all. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a warm and caring environment for their child.

Very happy with my daughter's progress and she looks forward to visiting the nursery every day. She has been going here since she was around 4 months old and she is now over 1 and learning so much. Huge thanks to Twisty Tails at Colindale.

My son has been going to Twisty Tails Nursery in Colindale since he was 10 months old. He is in his final few months until he goes to big school. He seems really happy at nursery and is very keen to go in. He has come on leaps and bounds the past few months, spelling his name, phonics and his toileting has come a long way. So a big thank you to the manager and her amazing team!

I am extremely pleased with the care my daughter receives at Twisty Tails. She is so happy there and I can see from the pictures uploaded that she has a lot of fun whilst also learning. The staff are lovely and helpful and I’m glad the nursery was recommended to me.

I am very happy with the care the staff from Twisty Tails Nursery - Colindale gave to my boy. He started at a very young age at ten months, in the baby room and he received the attention and love he needed to settle well. He was always happy to go in and he felt at home there. When he turned two he moved in toddlers room, where he seems to be as happy as upstairs. The staff are always smiling, welcoming and happy to help. The nursery has a “home away from home “ feeling which is much needed at such young age.

My daughter is really happy at Twisty Tails Nursery - Colindale - the nursery routine helps her get better eating and sleeping pattern. I am pleased with the care she received. The staff are excellent, very caring and always have smiles on their faces. Each month they have a planned theme for the babies'/kids' activities, and I can see my daughter learned a lot during role-play, garden play, painting, baking and so on. We get feedback each day via the app to know the daily life of my daughter at the nursery and received many pictures and comments weekly. And they always listen and help when I have any concerns. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The staff are lovely, and my daughter has settled amazingly after a difficult year of being only at home. They have been extremely patient and are always happy to see her and meet our needs. She seems so happy after a day of excitement at nursery.

Happy a lot with this nursery. My son finished 2 years ago, and my daughter still goes there. The staff are very careful with children, and it is a pleasure to know that she is happy when she is in. My son attended this nursery in the baby room and in the over 2-year-olds room and he enjoyed being in both areas. We benefited from a long and flexible settling period, which helped my son get used to the new environment. He loved the nursery team and being with the children. The nursery team are always reassuring to the children and parents and kept me well informed of his progress and daily activities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location. Care towards my son from all staff is excellent. My son has started expressing/pointing to an object that he needs or what he wants to say since he joined Twisty Tail Nursery. Activities played in nursery are quite good. Information from Tapestry helps us to know what my child development is and how we can work on it at home to encourage him. as a parent, I am happy to see my son getting engaged with good teachers and his peers.
