Twisty Tails Nursery (Stanmore)

Thank you for the graduation ceremony, it was really nice seeing our daughter happy and singing in the graduation gown. she really looked amazing. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staffs for the good job you have done, it's sad that she is leaving but I know she will never forget the good moments she had with you.

Twisty tails has been amazing at helping my 2.5yr old settle in as she struggled being away from me. They helped me persevere and understand how to handle the settling in period. My daughter has started enjoying her time at nursery now and is learning lots of new things. The staff have been available to answer any worries I may have and have taken the time to sit down to go through her progress. I have also seen how clean the nursery is, which was a huge factor for me.

The manager and her team give a home from home nursery environment. They provide hearty, nutritional meals and ensure to cater to all children's likes. They always go above and beyond. I cannot thanks the manager and the rest of the team enough for all that they do.

The staff have also been amazing with our baby, and it's heartwarming to see the strong attachment she has developed with them already. It's clear they truly care about the children in their care. The nursery offers everything you could need to feel comfortable, which is so important when entrusting someone with your child's well-being. We feel completely at ease knowing our little one is in such capable, loving hands.

Activities: They also regularly hold themed days and festivals for the children such as Beach Day and Holi for the children.

Everything about Twisty Tails is exceptional. The team and the management are second to none. All of whom go out of their way to provide the best possible service and care for our little one. Amazing food is tailored to our little one's personal dietary requirements, all prepared on-site by their wonderful chefs. Twisty Tails is a rich melting pot of culture and cuisine. I'm very grateful to be able to send our little man to such a lovely nursery.

Twisty Tails Stanmore is a nursery I will 100% recommend without hesitation. The staff go above and beyond to care for our little one, with regular updates throughout the day and an open line of communication all the time. When our little one was settling in I was always updated on his progress. The team are friendly, kind and nurturing and are very much like family, if not better than some! The food is delightful, all prepped and cooked onsite by their dedicated chefs and our little one's dietary requirements catered for with no hassle. There is an array of different cuisines which is a firm favourite of mine. The nursery itself is clean, fresh and well-looked after. I love that there are different classes for the children during the week too and outdoor play is encouraged. The management team and staff have created a loving fun environment for the children to thrive in. I will be so sad when we have to leave.

I would like to thank three staff members in particular for being fantastic key workers to my little boy. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. Please continue, your hard work is appreciated.

The nursery has been excellent with looking after my daughter. She has settled in so well at the nursery, the staff have been so caring. The facilities are great as everything is so new. They do so many extracurricular things with the kids like Spanish, tappy toes, yoga, etc. Overall it’s been a very positive experience for us and I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

Exceptional nursery providing the highest levels of care and attention. My baby (1 year) joined in January 2023. I was naturally apprehensive about the settling-in proces0, along with my child going to nursery having spent over a year with my baby, yet the staff made the settling-in process so easy. She's so calm and loves it. The staff clearly adore her and have provided her with a safe and nurturing space to grow and learn. I could not recommend this nursery enough. The smaller size of the nursery means that they can really focus on your child. The facilities are absolutely beautiful too - it's brand new and so is just a lovely warm space. They offer baby yoga and well-being too which I think is just absolutely lovely. I loved it the moment I stepped in. It's not near a main road which means that the outdoor space is really well protected/safeguarded from noise unlike other nurseries.
