Focus on learning appeared mainly to be in science and maths the only criticism I have is maybe some more work into writing before school but from a nurturing standpoint, we couldn't have asked for more. The staff make amazing efforts for all events like Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc and my son had so much fun at all the parties and loved celebrating with his friends. Graduation was great and I know my son will miss Footsteps!

She was scared to go and was constantly begging us to not take her there since. I discussed that she is too upset with the staff and tried to contact the manager a few times to see if we can extend the settling period. No one came back to us and we decided eventually to change the nursery.
She told us about the incident recently and we are confident that this is true as she retold it a few times. We understand that an incident can happen but it should not be ignored and hidden from the parents especially when we could see she is distraught.
