Day Nurseries Owned by KiddieCare Nurseries Ltd in West Lothian

We have had excellent care from all of the team at KiddieCare, and Hermeet and Taz give great feedback after each day that I picked up our son. It is evident that they take such personal care of the children. The communication has been great generally, although sometimes the WiFi does go out which means the app does not get updated, however we are always given great review after each day if that is the case.

Communication was spot on, the app was updated daily & pick-up handovers were detailed and thoughtful. My son was never handed back dirty or unsettled, it was clear he was thriving during his time there. The nursery is modern and well run, you can see the investment that's gone into it. It was disappointing that his time was cut short when he turned two and he had to move to another Kiddiecare nursery. While I have no doubt the staff across the group are caring and capable, the difference in environments feels like an ownership and investment decision rather than a management issue. Overall I'd recommend station approach to those with kids under 2.

I can praised enough for taking care of child, teaching him vital skills and updating me every day when picking him up. The nursery is beautiful as well with different learning spaces, very clean and spacious and I love the fact that they get out to the local playground when the weather helps. Unfortunately I moved out of the area and I couldn't continue sending him here, so sad. I don't think I would find another nursery like this
