Rachel and the team at Kddycare West Drayton absolutely wonderful. They create such a warm and welcoming environment where children feel happy, safe, and encouraged to learn and grow. Their care, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything they do. We especially love seeing the cooking classes, forest nursery sessions, time spent in the garden, and the wide range of activities. It's clear how much thought goes into giving the children such varied and engaging experiences. We're so grateful for the love and support they've shown our child, and would highly recommend Kiddycare West Drayton.

Very professional nursery. It's a small one but very neat, tidy, cozy but hygienic. I loved the constant communication I received from the staff on what's happening with my kid and how to manage and improve their behaviour. Highly recommended. Finally, Rachel, who is the head of the nursery, has been managing it excellently.

The nursery does amazing with kids. My child has become very confident in communicating. Very good communication between teachers and parents. I definitely recommend Kiddie Care Nursery. They take the kids through very interesting activities.

We are very happy with the nursery. My daughter started going there with great desire, smiling every day. There was quite a lot of progress by the end of the year. The entire staff is very kind to the children, they are given attention, the children are happy to spend their time there. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

We have had excellent care from all of the team at KiddieCare, and Hermeet and Taz give great feedback after each day that I picked up our son. It is evident that they take such personal care of the children. The communication has been great generally, although sometimes the WiFi does go out which means the app does not get updated, however we are always given great review after each day if that is the case.

Communication was spot on, the app was updated daily & pick-up handovers were detailed and thoughtful. My son was never handed back dirty or unsettled, it was clear he was thriving during his time there. The nursery is modern and well run, you can see the investment that's gone into it. It was disappointing that his time was cut short when he turned two and he had to move to another Kiddiecare nursery. While I have no doubt the staff across the group are caring and capable, the difference in environments feels like an ownership and investment decision rather than a management issue. Overall I'd recommend station approach to those with kids under 2.

I can praised enough for taking care of child, teaching him vital skills and updating me every day when picking him up. The nursery is beautiful as well with different learning spaces, very clean and spacious and I love the fact that they get out to the local playground when the weather helps. Unfortunately I moved out of the area and I couldn't continue sending him here, so sad. I don't think I would find another nursery like this

Since starting nursery with kiddie care my child has learnt so much the nursery work along side the parents to cater to your child's needs my child possibly has adhd and had a problem potty training and wouldn't even let me take off his nappy now I am at least able to have the nappy off which seems like small progress but it is huge for us myself and the nursery worked together on this and many other things not to mention they also have someone who specialises in sen children to come in and assess your child if you have any concerns and they will work along with the nursery so that they can cater to your child's needs they really care for the children they give detailed updates and even photos of your child's day at nursery I highly recommend this nursery the ladies here are so respectful, kind and caring I'm very fortunate that my child attend

My child started at Pine Place Nursery this past September. He was not speaking at all, interaction but he could not express himself. During the course of the year, he started to speak more. He became more confident, he was happy to be able to express himself. He learned a lot. He told me what he learned and his likes. He has come a very long way. He developer socially and his cognitive skills. The whole team paid attention, and gave their best to my child. I can say it was life changing for us and him. Thank you.

I have been soo happy with KiddieCare Nursery at Pine Place. My son started when he was 2years old and finished now at the age of 3years old and there has been a huge change in him. He has become more confident, more sociable, creative, independent, the list is endless and it is all thanks to all the staff at the nursery. With all their love, support, friendly and approachable attitude, my son has grown and developed so much and in every way, to the point he is not afraid to try new things, he will happily approach a grown up for assistance or play with those he normally wouldn't. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who can go there, you will not regret it.

Such a lovely nursery and a very kind and caring team. All the ladies are so attentive and caring. My daughter will miss you all very much, she loved coming to Kiddiecare. Having had both my children go here, I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!
