Communication was spot on, the app was updated daily & pick-up handovers were detailed and thoughtful. My son was never handed back dirty or unsettled, it was clear he was thriving during his time there. The nursery is modern and well run, you can see the investment that's gone into it. It was disappointing that his time was cut short when he turned two and he had to move to another Kiddiecare nursery. While I have no doubt the staff across the group are caring and capable, the difference in environments feels like an ownership and investment decision rather than a management issue. Overall I'd recommend station approach to those with kids under 2.

I can praised enough for taking care of child, teaching him vital skills and updating me every day when picking him up. The nursery is beautiful as well with different learning spaces, very clean and spacious and I love the fact that they get out to the local playground when the weather helps. Unfortunately I moved out of the area and I couldn't continue sending him here, so sad. I don't think I would find another nursery like this

Since starting nursery with kiddie care my child has learnt so much the nursery work along side the parents to cater to your child's needs my child possibly has adhd and had a problem potty training and wouldn't even let me take off his nappy now I am at least able to have the nappy off which seems like small progress but it is huge for us myself and the nursery worked together on this and many other things not to mention they also have someone who specialises in sen children to come in and assess your child if you have any concerns and they will work along with the nursery so that they can cater to your child's needs they really care for the children they give detailed updates and even photos of your child's day at nursery I highly recommend this nursery the ladies here are so respectful, kind and caring I'm very fortunate that my child attend

My child started at Pine Place Nursery this past September. He was not speaking at all, interaction but he could not express himself. During the course of the year, he started to speak more. He became more confident, he was happy to be able to express himself. He learned a lot. He told me what he learned and his likes. He has come a very long way. He developer socially and his cognitive skills. The whole team paid attention, and gave their best to my child. I can say it was life changing for us and him. Thank you.

I have been soo happy with KiddieCare Nursery at Pine Place. My son started when he was 2years old and finished now at the age of 3years old and there has been a huge change in him. He has become more confident, more sociable, creative, independent, the list is endless and it is all thanks to all the staff at the nursery. With all their love, support, friendly and approachable attitude, my son has grown and developed so much and in every way, to the point he is not afraid to try new things, he will happily approach a grown up for assistance or play with those he normally wouldn't. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who can go there, you will not regret it.

Such a lovely nursery and a very kind and caring team. All the ladies are so attentive and caring. My daughter will miss you all very much, she loved coming to Kiddiecare. Having had both my children go here, I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

I am a Mom of 4 children and they all attended this facility, so I wholeheartedly recommend it because I have never been disappointed. The children always had a variety of activities and games and were very well prepared for the transition to school.

I find the teachers attentive and always chirpy even on a rainy day! The manager is an absolutely lovely manager who interacts well with all based on my own sightings. Really happy and content.

I am glad my son went to this nursery, everybody gave him great support, especially old staff were amazing, the manager of the nursery was always so nice and helpful. My son got great support in this nursery and learnt a lot. Thanks to all the staff for being so great and supportive even if my son had a speech delay.

The nursery has been really good with my child and cannot fault the care and attention he is being given. My son is beginning to come out of his shell thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff. Highly recommended.

My daughter like this nursery, she is so happy with their friends and teachers. Cooperative and caring staff. My daughter likes to spend time in nursery. Every time she likes to go to nursery. Staff give all of the facilities to the children.

All around very accommodating, warm, and supportive. My brother and sister have been very happy and have progressed very well over the last two weeks. My brother has settled in nicely due to the amazing staff who made him comfortable. They are learning new things and advancing in social skills. I will choose this nursery over again.
