Day Nurseries Owned by Rosie and Jim's Childcare Ltd in West Midlands

My son has been at the nursery for about 2 years now. There's been absolutely nothing I haven't been happy with. The care from the staff, the love I feel the staff show my child, and how happy he is there is just amazing. He is always happy to walk in and will talk about the staff / children on his days off too. I love that they haven't tried to make him fit to a routine that best fits them and just lets him be him and follow his own routine. The same staff have also been there since he started which I think also speaks volumes to the lovely setting it is for the children and the staff. He is always coming home with new songs/counting/new things learnt. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love this nursery-it's amazing! The staff are incredible and made both of my children feel so welcome, which really helped ease my worries during the settling-in sessions. They always keep us updated on what the children have been doing, with lovely photos to share, and they're so generous with snacks and food portions for the little ones.

I can't thank this nursery enough, my son has really bad separation anxiety, as well as selective mutism and anxiety. They did their absolute best to come up with a plan that I was involved in for me to be able to leave him. The SEN there is amazing, especially the staff member who is the company SEN. She knew exactly what worked and didn't work with helping my son. All the staff were amazing with him, didn't make him join in with large group activities as it made him anxious and let him do something else instead. They used his interests to engage with him. I wish he was there for another year as he has come on so much since starting here and everyone who knows him has said how well he is doing now. I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been going since last year, she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and really look after all the small details. The best nursery for my daughter, she has grown so much in her confidence and her creativity. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery. The care and attention are just so good.

The staff have been amazing ever since my daughter started. They supported her so well to help her settle in she loves going to the nursery and will often mention the staff and the activities she's done at nursery. The staff have also supported me so well always answer any questions I've had and have given good advice when I've needed help. The staff are very friendly always greet us with a smile and will have a conversation about how my child has been. This nursery is amazing my daughter loves it. The resources they have are also very good lots of variety.

I fully recommend this nursery. The staff are so welcoming, they settle my little girl so well and I can't thank them enough.

This is a fantastic nursery. Initially, I had my own reservations when my wife recommended it as I had only heard of a different childcare company. I am happy to say my wife proved me wrong. I will recommend Rosie and Jim's to my colleagues at work and in my social circles. My daughter settled in so well and would have loved her to continue had we not been moving house. Thanks to all the staff. You are all amazing.

My son went to Rosie and Jim's at Wyken Pre-school a while back and I was happy to find that the staff nurtured him and really took their time to get him settled into nursey life. The staff are genuine and it's really reassuring.

Brilliant service. My child loves it here he has learnt so much and tells us how happy he is. The staff are always communicating, filling us in on how our child is doing and progressing.

We are so pleased with the level of care my child receives at Rosie and Jim's. He is so happy and enjoys his time at the nursery. They have amazing learning opportunities, the environment is safe and the staff are very friendly and caring. There is always a warm feeling and I am very comfortable in leaving my child here. It really is a great learning place and I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my child. My son has settled so well into his new surroundings and his keyworkers and management staff have been a vital part of my son's care. I really can't thank the team enough for the amazing work you do. I've had my daughter in this nursery for two years now. I can only say good stuff. As a parent, it's very reassuring to know the utmost dedication of every member of the staff to make things happen as smoothly as possible, especially for the kids there. The manager does her job with real passion and love. All the staff do excellent jobs in whatever their role is at the nursery. Great to be able to work with this nursery in my daughter's learning journey. They really make you feel like family and a team with the only aim of betterment and enjoyment of the children in their learning journey during these wonderful initial years of their life.

Overall a very good nursery with a family environment. Staff are very caring and adaptable to each child's needs. They really care for each child and continuously work hard to provide an outstanding environment and an outstanding place for children to learn.

Me and my family love Rosie and Jim's Nursery. They are a super friendly nursery who really cares for the welfare and education of each child in their care. They are always happy to speak to parents and work in partnership with parents to help the children. The setting is engaging and welcoming. A lovely space to be in. Both my children love Rosie and Jim's and all the staff there and they have progressed so much under their supervision.

This school has been very helpful for my son as it's shown at home that he's learning more. His speech has been getting better and his actions and involvement.
