The staff are always friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic. The way they interact with the children is outstanding, taking the time to listen to them and to understand them on an individual basis. When you go to pick your child up from nursery, it's so wonderful to see and hear all the happy faces and chattering about their day.

Such a fantastic nursery! Having frequented several, I can’t recommend this one enough. The staff are amazing and I really feel they will go above and beyond to enable the children to thrive. The staff have been there many years, it’s a well run, happy and friendly environment. Cannot fault them in anyway.

I can't recommend La Maternelle highly enough. Both my kids are attending it and absolutely love it. Staff is very dedicated and creating environment where kids can explore and develop their skills.

My daughter loves it in the sunshine room and the girls in there are fantastic where two team members have helped her gain so much confidence when she first arrived at the nursery and now she's moved to the waddlers room she is happy to go in every time we arrive. The girls are brilliant with her and they've made her time in the sunshine room a really pleasurable one.

Amazing facilities and staff. There is consistency in staff so there must be a very low turnover. Parents are always kept informed. The activities the children do are always varied. By far the best nursery in the area!

The only negative I have to say is that I never found this place earlier. Since attending La Maternelle my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Each week there is a new activity with keys words and cross cuticular. As a parent you are always informed weekly of the next weeks goals and targets as well as given ideas and tips on how we can transfer the learning at home. Each morning my daughter is greeted with a smile and they always ask how she has been. When I collect her I am given lots of information about what she has been up to as well as receive messages on the app. This fills me with confidence while working as I can also see my child learn and grow so I don’t feel like I’m missing these important milestones. My daughter loves attending as the nursery engage and encourage all interests. Such an amazing nursery. The only negative is I never found you sooner as I can only imagine she would have totally flourished.

As first time parents we were understandably anxious to enrol our daughter into nursery. La Maternelle have been fantastic at every stage and made us feel so comfortable leaving our little one in their care. I have recommended La Maternelle to all my friends and feel we made the best possible choice for our daughter.

The nursery is absolutely wonderful. They have provided so much support for my little one who has a speech delay. I love the photos that keep me updated on what he has done that day and also the daily diary has also helped. I have recommended the nursery to my friends and will continue to do so.

Lovely nursery with fabulous resources and great outdoor space. Staff go above and beyond in supporting the children and they show so much respect to all of the children. My little girl loves going and talks about it often. She loves to play nursery too and it’s clear from her play the staff role model positive language and promote independence. Management is very approachable and always happy to help.

My Grandaughter is happy to go to nursery and happy when I collect her. She enjoys the varied activities provided for her to take part in which give her an insight into the world around her and different cultures. The staff are friendly, professional and approachable. They update me on what activities my Grandaughter has taken part in that day which gives me a chance to chat to her about what she has done and what she enjoyed on the way home.

Every member of staff genuinely cares about the children's wellbeing and the range of activities keeps the children stimulated and entertained.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, great communication with parents. The setting is well managed and facilities including outside space are very good. We have been very happy with the nursery.

From our initial visit we could see the high quality of the nursery in comparison to others we visited and feel it has exceeded our expectations.

The nursery looks really professional and there is a huge mix of clear and safe areas for the children to explore new things. Although our son isn't in on the set days there are also a number of classes like music and yoga.

The management team are organised and efficient with the added bonus of their app which helps you keep track of your child's progress, including eating and sleeping. It shows invoices, allows you to send any questions and you even get a few photos.

Our son's key person is lovely and you can clearly see they've formed a bond. Since starting we really feel our son has gained loads of confidence to explore by himself and his communication has improved massively. It is also good to see the staff are regularly reviewed.

Overall, we are really happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend it.

Admittedly, I was nervous about my daughter going to nursery. I had concerns on whether she would be in a safe environment and get the attention needed to develop given friends have had bad experiences with their children (not at La Maternelle). Since day one, the staff could not have made this transition any easier for us.

They provided reassurances through phone calls (at the start when my daughter was unsettled in the morning), send regular updates/observations through the eyLog app, and give thorough updates whilst dropping off/picking up.

My daughter went from being unsettled at drop-offs, to having the biggest smile and reaching out to hug the staff. This makes me smile knowing that she is excited and happy to be there. This is a testament to the staff at La Maternelle.

I know that they provide first-class care to my daughter, and it is evidenced by her development since she has been at nursery. I can say that she has come on leaps and bounds and continues to learn new skills.

I love getting pictures during the day so I know he's happy and what he's up to. It's very reassuring especially when he was new.
