They go out of their way to ensure that the children are happy and settled the feedback they give at pick up is so detailed and makes you realise just how well they know the children and how much they care for them. All the staff have done a fantastic job this year and will be truly missed by my son and our family.
My daughter loves it in the sunshine room and the girls in there are fantastic where two team members have helped her gain so much confidence when she first arrived at the nursery and now she's moved to the waddlers room she is happy to go in every time we arrive. The girls are brilliant with her and they've made her time in the sunshine room a really pleasurable one.

When I collect her I am given lots of information about what she has been up to as well as receive messages on the app. This fills me with confidence while working as I can also see my child learn and grow so I don’t feel like I’m missing these important milestones. My daughter loves attending as the nursery engage and encourage all interests. Such an amazing nursery. The only negative is I never found you sooner as I can only imagine she would have totally flourished.

We receive regular updates which are informative, reassuring and help us to track how our son is progressing in the nursery setting. It is also such a pleasure to receive photo updates of him playing and interacting with his friends.
There is ample opportunity for sharing sessions, where we can visit to watch him play, explore the wonderful setting and meet his key workers. I have received full support from the nursery in all areas of his care, such as meal planning around his lactose intolerance and potty training.
I couldn't recommend La Maternelle highly enough.

The management team are organised and efficient with the added bonus of their app which helps you keep track of your child's progress, including eating and sleeping. It shows invoices, allows you to send any questions and you even get a few photos.

Our son's key person is lovely and you can clearly see they've formed a bond. Since starting we really feel our son has gained loads of confidence to explore by himself and his communication has improved massively. It is also good to see the staff are regularly reviewed.

Overall, we are really happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend it.

They provided reassurances through phone calls (at the start when my daughter was unsettled in the morning), send regular updates/observations through the eyLog app, and give thorough updates whilst dropping off/picking up.

My daughter went from being unsettled at drop-offs, to having the biggest smile and reaching out to hug the staff. This makes me smile knowing that she is excited and happy to be there. This is a testament to the staff at La Maternelle.

I know that they provide first-class care to my daughter, and it is evidenced by her development since she has been at nursery. I can say that she has come on leaps and bounds and continues to learn new skills.

Great nursery, would recommend to anyone

La Maternelle. Initially, he struggled to settle as he was born during the lockdown and we have had very little interaction with people, but he loves it and claps every time we pull up to the nursery and to see his key worker!

The staff have put some brilliant photos on the app and are lovely to speak with at the end of his day. I love that they know and understand all of his little quirks!

Everyone has been so well organised and the communication has been fantastic through the app. Each session has observations and a daily diary. Thank you to all of the staff that have created amazing activities and care for our son each week he truly loves each visit.
