Our daughter has attended for just under a year now, she absolutely loves nursery and has formed lovely relationships with staff and other children. As a former nursery manager, I can honestly say that the care and commitment shown by staff is amazing and I'm so happy my child is thriving there. Management are approachable and always respond very efficiently, which I know first-hand isn't always the easiest for a manager to do in a busy setting. Would recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you Little Angels.

All staff go above and beyond for our daughter and we definitely have no concerns whilst she is there! We have no complaints about the meals our daughter receives either - they are really good!

Since the new manager has taken over there’s been lots of changes, she’s seen the nursery through a pair of fresh eyes and it has definitely changed for the better.

Both my sons attend Little Angels nursery and look forward to their days here. It’s an easy drop-off as they both go in ready for their days. The boys have a close bond with several members of the team and it makes my days at work easier knowing they are happy and have been cared for.

I paid our deposit for a place here at 12 weeks pregnant and have not looked back! The staff and management are very experienced and really do offer an ‘outstanding’ service to babies and young children all round (which is important to me as a teacher myself, albeit older years). The nursery were breastfeeding supportive, and have gone above and beyond to support our little girl whilst her parents have gone through some difficult times with medical appointments etc. Cherubs staff are amazing! We would have no hesitation in leaving another baby in their care. And the transition to Rockets has been very well facilitated. Our little girl has come on developmentally in every sense of the word since nursery became part of her life at 9 months old. Her eating and drinking skills, her speech and communication skills, her play and social skills - they are all very advanced and I must pay credit to Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre for their significant part in this. Going back to work after maternity leave was made very easy. Thank you.

Since changing my sons nursery to Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington I found he’s come on massively in his development. He absolutely loved it from his first visit. I feel reassured and confident he’s getting the best care and attention. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and they really use their skills and imagination with the kids. The app is great too, and I can see throughout the day what he has been up to. I also receive useful tips and information, which is helpful. I couldn’t be happier moving him to Little Angels and would highly recommend it.

Our son started Little Angels in 2021. He always settled in well, but drop-offs were tearful for months. Now he walks in without looking back and talks about his friends (his fellow rockets as well as the staff) constantly. He has also struggled with suspected asthma and food allergies, sometimes requiring medications during nursery hours. The staff are brilliant and have been excellent in their professionalism. We were impressed with how they managed to keep up with the Covid rules too. The friendly, caring staff are responsive to any queries or needs we have. The app is great for updating important information like food intake, toileting and sleep. I love the photos that they upload of what our son has been up to. They put in a huge effort to decorate and celebrate holidays and special events, which is greatly appreciated. Our son has progressed really well in all areas of development since starting nursery. I definitely recommend Little Angels, our youngest will start there soon!

My daughter has been attending Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington since she was 8 months old (started Sept 2021), and has recently moved into the 2+ room. Our experience of the nursery has been extremely positive. We decided to look at the nursery as we had great feedback from other parents. I would say that my immediate reaction wasn’t as good as it had been with other settings (it isn’t the most modern and it’s not a custom built premises, so this impacts somewhat) but I’m so glad I went with the recommendations I’d had and gave it a go. All staff are warm and engaging (including management). They really care about the children. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has a great relationship with all of the staff. The meals are great - lots of variety and wholesome foods. Nut free too. Lots of varied activities. Good outdoor space for 2+. Parent app which is used for intraday updates on nappy changes, meals, snacks and photos / observations. Good opportunities for parents to engage.

I could not think of a better nursery to put my son in! He settled in very quickly and he loves everyone in it! Always mentions what he has been doing with teachers/friends. He has been in Little Angels since he was about 19/20 months, he is now almost 4 and his development is outstanding.

The staff at Little Angels exhibit professional conscientiousness. They are prompt, reliable and honest when communicating the daily activities performed by the child during the time spent under their care. I highly recommend this institution.

The nursery has friendly staff who obviously care about the children. Not just the primary carers but also the entire support staff. The support staff know the names of the children. The rooms are bright and clean. The children enjoy going to the nursery.

We have been so happy with Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre and the team there. I was so worried about leaving our little one but the experience, excellent communication and personal care of the team saw us through the initial settling in. Our toddler has been happy and settled for over a year; he often dances out of nursery at the end of the day. The food is varied and toddler friendly. The outdoor space and activities are fun, stimulating and encourage collaborative play and learning. We have no hesitation about sending our second child to join him!

Very friendly staff, approachable, open. Both our boys really enjoy nursery, initially, the younger one was upset but he settled in quickly thanks to the kindness and support of the staff. He even asks for some staff members at home now as he enjoys playing with them so much. Generally, the food seems good, and my children eat a wider variety of food there than at home (despite our continued efforts). Perhaps that is staff encouragement and the benefit of seeing other children eating the same. My concern re food is the 2 desserts a day, seems quite a lot to me especially for young children in terms of sugar intake. Most mornings now my children skip into nursery very happily without so much as a backward glance, and can even be annoyed if I pick them up early and take them away from all the fun.

We are so happy we chose Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre for our little boy. He absolutely loves going through the doors and often doesn't look back at all as he goes to play with his friends and nursery staff. All of the staff are so lovely and any queries we've had I've been able to speak to someone and been helped really quickly. Our little one has a nut allergy and we feel he is in safe hands should anything happen whilst he is there. The app they use is also really good and makes updates and communication easy with lots of nice pictures throughout the day. Lovely nursery!

From the moment I walked into Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre in 2019, it felt like a home from home and still is now to this day. We viewed a few nurseries and Little Angels stood out from them all. Our daughter has been lucky enough to attend for over 3 years and has had the best experience there. I can't thank the key workers and nursery manager enough for their hard work and dedication to their roles. The rooms are spacious, bright and welcoming. The food menus are brilliant and suited to everyone. I can't fault the nursery one bit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace of mind while their little ones are in childcare. Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter.

An excellent environment for developing little minds. My son loves every second, he runs for his shoes and school bag excited to see his friends and favourite nursery teachers. The daily photos and updates on the portal app and being able to communicate if need be with his teachers makes life easy and definitely reassuring.

Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre is a wonderful nursery. The girls in the babies room are the most beautiful lovely people and really make you feel like they love your child which is the most important thing as a parent. They really are the best nursery room we have experienced and we have experienced many! The managers of the nursery go to town at Christmas and it's like stepping into a winter wonderland! My daughter went there for only a short time before school and they always make her feel so welcome when she picks up her younger two siblings! My son can be a little more challenging with his behaviour but the staff in all stars always pick up on what might be underlying it and work with him and me to help him! We absolutely love the nursery just wish it opened a bit earlier!
