Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington

Our daughter has attended for just under a year now, she absolutely loves nursery and has formed lovely relationships with staff and other children. As a former nursery manager, I can honestly say that the care and commitment shown by staff is amazing and I'm so happy my child is thriving there. Management are approachable and always respond very efficiently, which I know first-hand isn't always the easiest for a manager to do in a busy setting. Would recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you Little Angels.

Since the new manager has taken over there’s been lots of changes, she’s seen the nursery through a pair of fresh eyes and it has definitely changed for the better.

Both my sons attend Little Angels nursery and look forward to their days here. It’s an easy drop-off as they both go in ready for their days. The boys have a close bond with several members of the team and it makes my days at work easier knowing they are happy and have been cared for.

Since changing my sons nursery to Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington I found he’s come on massively in his development. He absolutely loved it from his first visit. I feel reassured and confident he’s getting the best care and attention. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and they really use their skills and imagination with the kids. The app is great too, and I can see throughout the day what he has been up to. I also receive useful tips and information, which is helpful. I couldn’t be happier moving him to Little Angels and would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been attending Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington since she was 8 months old (started Sept 2021), and has recently moved into the 2+ room. Our experience of the nursery has been extremely positive. We decided to look at the nursery as we had great feedback from other parents. I would say that my immediate reaction wasn’t as good as it had been with other settings (it isn’t the most modern and it’s not a custom built premises, so this impacts somewhat) but I’m so glad I went with the recommendations I’d had and gave it a go. All staff are warm and engaging (including management). They really care about the children. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has a great relationship with all of the staff. The meals are great - lots of variety and wholesome foods. Nut free too. Lots of varied activities. Good outdoor space for 2+. Parent app which is used for intraday updates on nappy changes, meals, snacks and photos / observations. Good opportunities for parents to engage.

My little girl has been at Little Angels Nursery @ Cramlington Village for almost 8 Months. I was worried about her joining a busy preschool room where lots of friendships had already been made. I have been blown away at how well she settled, no tears, no worries and asking each day if it's her new nursery day. The staff team played a massive part in helping my little girl transition. They provided reassurance, helped her build friendships and gave so much love - which they continue to do. She adores going to nursery and I LOVE hearing of all the wonderful things she has done during the day, who she has played with and what fun they have had. They have supported her love of writing and with their support is able to write her own name unaided. Very impressed with the developmental progress my little girl has made and continues to make.

Sometimes the nursery doors were not open on time and staff took time to hand over my child and when I get my child they have shoes on wrong feet or trousers on backwards which gives the impression of staff shortages or lack of organisation and the fills me with dread on the care provided. My child eats well and has raised no grievances so guess the care is satisfactory and tbh my child smiles on the way in and dances on the way out so conclude this business is no different to any other with staff coming and going Little Angels strives at BAU.

My child really enjoys her time at Little Angels and I would fully recommend it to any parents looking for childcare.

My daughter has settled in nicely at the nursery in the last month. She is happy for me to leave her and always busy and happy when I pick her up. Lovely staff and key worker.
