Highly recommend this nursery. My daughter absolutely adores going to nursery here, she has learned so much and the care the staff give is beyond amazing. I have limited contact in my workplace so I cannot use the app for updates on my daughter but the staff work around this with me and ensure I get updates when I want them, they always have done since my daughter started here. They go above and beyond for families. Would give more stars if I could! Fabulous!!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our son. From the very beginning, everyone at Dunky's Day Nursery made us feel so welcome and supported. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and friendly, and they always go above and beyond to help families.

They have been so flexible with my son's attendance, especially as I often needed to change his hours due to work commitments. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their understanding and support meant a great deal to us.

The biggest compliment I can give is that my son was always excited to go to nursery. He would happily walk in every day with a smile, without any hesitation. He loved taking part in all the different activities and was always eager to tell me about his day when I picked him up.

We have had both our children here over the past two years, one of which has just graduated. It's a brilliant nursery and all the staff are great. They listen to us and work with us, which is what you need when leaving your children in someone else's care. Our youngest is autistic and they look after him so well, and have learnt his needs despite him not being able to vocalise his needs or wants. They both always come out with a big smile on their faces and we couldn't appreciate them more. The new garden area is fantastic, lots of space and a nice safe area especially with our youngest, it's a totally safe place where he can do as he pleases even if he doesn't want to be in a group activity, whilst still being able to be watched. So so happy and couldn't recommend them anymore.

My daughter has been in Dunky's she was 9 months old & she is now moving onto her next adventure to big school. From the second we walked into Dunky's we just knew this is exactly where she was going to thrive. Every member of staff are the most caring and loving people who had such a positive impact on my daughters learning & life throughout the past 4 years. They support through every milestone, from weaning to potty training. The meals here are second to none & their new garden area is absolutely amazing for the children. Myself & my daughter are going to massively miss everyone at Dunky's. The outstanding ofsted report is a testament to them all.

I'm a first time mum and was so nervous sending my baby to nursery however the manager & staff are so unbelievably genuine around me & my baby that I'm confident and comfortable with them helping me bring him up while I work. I did visit other nurseries prior to Dunkys and as soon as I stepped into the Runcorn site I was blown away, the children's happiness, the cleanliness, snails, something everywhere you looked, the kids get there teeth brushed, checked frequently when napping, monitored when they have allergies, hydration schedules, not to mention the staff, the manager straight away had my baby smiling on arrival I LOVE how personable she is with the kids & an actual bunny pen in one of the rooms I was sold. Lastly the staff - they are so detailed with how my babies been and how they try to make his time there better as he's still a little sad when mum leaves, they keep me updated on the app which helps me relax. Amazing nursery. My baby loves the staff too unreal x

The most incredible nursery! Every single member of staff goes above and beyond for both the children and the parents. The effort and care they put into every child who walks through the doors is unlike any other nursery I've had experiences with. My daughter loves coming to nursery and sometimes doesn't want to leave! On pickup we see Vikki or Chloe and always met with such a lovely and friendly attitude. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Dunkys has the most fabulous staff who really care about the kids. They make a real effort to establish great relationships between other children and with members of staff. They also seem to really value the effort that parents put in to raising happy children and follow the parents lead to get the best out of the children.

Thank you to everyone at Dunky's for making what was such an emotional milestone for me such a positive experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dunky's to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

We have one child at the nursey and I can't rate them highly enough. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, enthusiastic and always go above and beyond to support parents with any questions/updates. We moved to the area a couple of years ago and the support in my child's transition from her old nursery was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Dunkys was the only nursery I went to look around when looking at a setting for my son and I was certain this is where he would go from the get go. The staff were all so friendly at my show around and my son loved it from the moment we first went. They have all welcomed him with open arms and care for him like he is their own. All of the children look to have a wonderful time there and you can tell the staff enjoy every second of their jobs too which makes all the difference! The food options are amazing, my son doesn't eat much of it but is always offered something else which has made me feel so at ease. Overall just such a lovely setting and I would recommend to anybody who needs childcare as it has truly made the whole return to work process so much easier for me, even as an anxious mum. Thank you dunkys & keep doing what you're all doing!

We've been here a year now and have experienced and loved all 3 rooms. The kids are excited to go in every day and the small class sizes means every single staff member knows each kid and their personality. The kids have learnt loads and it feels like they are individually cherished and challenged, rather than merely cared for. The billing is clear and fair and we have been able to book extra sessions with a few weeks notice.

As parents, it has been lovely to watch how much he has grown and developed during his time here. We would like to thank the team for being part of his early years and wish them all the best for the future.

My boys have been coming here for a year now and love it. The staff are friendly & caring and I know when I drop them off they are in safe hands. They do a variety of fun activities with the children to help their development and the forest school is a massive bonus and allows them to spend more time outdoors in a safe & controlled environment. The food is very good with a varied menu and my boys eat stuff i never thought they would- big thanks to the chef who is very friendly & helpful and will provide recipes to make at home (although my boys don't seem to like my versions as much). The management staff are friendly and approachable and always happy to engage with parents and answer queries and resolve any issues that may occur. My boys love it here and have a good bond with the staff. I would have no hesitation recommending Dunkys to other parents.

Dunky Days nursery in Widnes is amazing, the staff have been amazing throughout. We've put both our children through their nursery and can't recommend them enough.

My youngest child who suffers from febrile convulsions suffered her first one whilst at the nursery and the staff were absolutely fantastic in how they handled it.

I would urge every parent to put their children through this nursery as it is by far the best in the area :)

Our experience at the nursery has been fantastic. Both our two-year-old and five-year-old have thrived in their care, and they genuinely look forward to attending every day.

The staff are exceptional - warm, professional and clearly dedicated to supporting each child's development. Their key workers have built wonderful relationships with our children, and the regular updates we receive about their days, activities, meals and learning are really appreciated. We always feel confident our little ones are in safe, nurturing hands.

From their approach to teaching and development through to the quality of meals and daily communication, they've excelled in every area. The team's professionalism and genuine care is evident. Our five-year-old left for reception bursting with confidence, a real testament to the foundation they've given him.

We couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough.

Communication with the nursery is easy. The food is wide ranging and has introduced my child to arrange our foods I otherwise wouldn't have given myself

Our son loves hoing to nursery and for me as a first time mom is very comforting. I suffer from post natal anxiety and general anxiety and Dunky's hapsford manager and staff had really put my mind at ease. They helped us adjust, the handovers were a delight, and the app is very useful to keep track of my baby. They are all genuinely caring for all the children. My husband and I recommend Dunky's Hapsford!

The food they provide is amazing and we always know our child will come home having eaten well, with nutritious food. This was an area we struggled with prior to starting, but they have really helped with this as well.

We chose Dunkys for our child because it felt so homely and happy, we are so pleased we did! He has been going over a year now and has loved it from day one, he is always excited to go and has a lovely relationship with the staff. We receive good communication and always met with a friendly smile at the door. Our youngest will be starting there soon, couldn't imagine them going anywhere else!
