them what the procedure was for this. I have been overcharged on my invoice for two consecutive months. The manager is very rude. I called and the phone was hung up to which she then said it was due to connection - later saying she thought the conversation had ended.
There is no routine for the children, they do as they want, some play with toys, some draw and some just cry for long periods of time (witnessed first hand by myself). Poor handover from staff to parents. When asked what my child had done for the day and what he ate, no one knew. I would avoid sending any child to this nursery as the care for the children is very poor. A couple of good members of staff. Avoid at all costs!

The all-inclusive meals are a huge plus, and we're so grateful for the nutritious meals our child receives. We've noticed a significant improvement in our child's vocabulary and social skills.

negative feedback would be that it feels as though another nursery in the group gets showcased more on social media channels and the front lobby and outside space could do with a sprucing up and maybe a fence/gate out the front to prevent kids running towards the road. However, overall I feel that my child is happy and supported which is the main thing for me.
