Wellingtons Day Nurseries are a small group of nurseries covering the Rugby area, with a consistently warm, caring and nurturing approach to childcare across all sites. All nurseries adopt the Wellington ethos, with neutral colours and easily accessible resources for children of all ages. The nurseries offer a warm, cosy and engaging environment with decorations and displays frequently updated to present the children’s work and achievements. As children progress through the nursery they have greater possibilities for independence; from selecting their own toys to choosing when to go outside and helping serve snacks and cold teas.

Play is both indoors and outdoors giving children a wide range of different experiences, resources and space enabling them to explore, discover and create. This active learning through play is what your child does naturally and is great fun.

Wellingtons welcome families from all nationalities, in fact several staff speak multiple languages. There are also further resources available for families with English as a second language, including dual-language children’s books, and the use of multiple languages to label toys and games.

Wellingtons Day Nurseries Ltd aims to provide parents with a friendly service they can trust, helping them to balance childcare with work commitments. Care environments are tailored to play and learning, with children having wonderful play areas to explore and resources to learn from, with the inclusion of outdoor waterproof play.

Our 1 year old daughter has been at Wellingtons since September and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. We visited a few nurseries prior to Wellington, and found some to be a bit sterile, with kids not engaging with each other or the adults. The moment we walked into Wellingtons we knew it
would be right for our little girl. The kids were all having so much fun and clearly loved the staff. They all rushed up to us to say hello too! Our daughter loves it here. She can't wait to get inside when we bring her in the mornings, and is always tuckered out from all the play and exercise she gets when we get her in the evenings. The staff are all super friendly and kind, and obviously really care about the children. We completely trust them and look forward to seeing her develop over the next 3 years of nursery.

My daughter started here aged 7 months and is now 21 months old. In that time the nursery has been fantastic - she absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff are all lovely and clearly care about the kids. I've never had any doubt that my daughter is safe and well looked after while also having a
wonderful time painting, playing, or out in the garden. Particular positives have been the emphasis on letting children explore and learn through play, and the way staff have worked with us as parents on various developmental milestones. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I highly recommend Wellington's bilton road, my little boy has been going since he was 8 months old and he has the most amazing time. He's always happy to go in, and comes out having had so much fun, his progression since starting has been incredible - The staff are all amazing and have a really great
connection with the children. The facilities are lovely, they have a great garden for little ones to explore, and good meals. I truly don't think I can fault them one bit, and a big thank you to all their staff for treating him like you would with your own

My daughter absolutely adores going to this nursery. The bond she's built with the whole team is something truly special. It's so comforting to know she's surrounded by people who genuinely care for her and celebrate every little milestone right alongside us. From potty training to trying new foods,
the staff have supported her (and me!) every step of the way, making each new stage feel positive and full of encouragement. I am endlessly grateful to the amazing team at Wellingtons Bilton Road. They don't just look after my daughter - they nurture her, cheer her on, and make her feel loved every single day.

We have been very happy with this nursery. It's small enough that we get to know people working there, and they have the time to give us personal updates. It feels like a playgroup rather than a school environment, which was important to us as our child was so young when he had to go. They have been

We are very happy with the developments our 2 year old son has made while being in the nursery. He really enjoys all the fun, educational and outdoor activities that the nursery offers. The staff is incredible and we are happy to see that our son feels very comfortable around them.

My son attended the nursery for 3 days, the rooms are nothing like the pictures, lack of organisation and lack of care to children. On my son's settling in session there was a little girl who's nose was running the whole time I was there and not one member of staff thought to wipe her nose until I asked
them what the procedure was for this. I have been overcharged on my invoice for two consecutive months. The manager is very rude. I called and the phone was hung up to which she then said it was due to connection - later saying she thought the conversation had ended.
There is no routine for the children, they do as they want, some play with toys, some draw and some just cry for long periods of time (witnessed first hand by myself). Poor handover from staff to parents. When asked what my child had done for the day and what he ate, no one knew. I would avoid sending any child to this nursery as the care for the children is very poor. A couple of good members of staff. Avoid at all costs!

We will always welcome open and polite dialogue, but there is a clear expectation that our staff are treated with respect. Staff follow proper hygiene procedures, ensure engaging activities for children, & provide full handovers to parents. Nursery routine allows for both child-led and adult-led activities, with settling in sessions intentionally booked during child-led sessions to ensure new children feel comfortable within the room more quickly. Invoice queries regarding late start & abrupt departure were amended at the discretion of the nursery and in variation to terms and conditions.The nursery has been more than accommodating with regards to support and flexibility offered throughout this family's short period with us, including offering additional external assistance where requested.Other relevant factors cannot professionally be raised on this platform.

Our child has had a wonderful experience here.
The teachers are incredibly understanding, patient, and caring. They've handled every situation, including potty training accidents, gracefully. We love the daily feedback the teachers provide at the end of the day.
The teachers also have a knack for
keeping the children excited and learning, even during challenging moments.
The all-inclusive meals are a huge plus, and we're so grateful for the nutritious meals our child receives. We've noticed a significant improvement in our child's vocabulary and social skills.
Overall, we are incredibly impressed with the quality of care and education provided here. We highly recommend this preschool to any parent seeking a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

My child loves it here! They usually have difficulty transferring and settling in but he has taken to the nursery, the staff and the other children really well! They have developed and come on really well there in such a short space of time and they particularly like the outside setting. My only slightly
negative feedback would be that it feels as though another nursery in the group gets showcased more on social media channels and the front lobby and outside space could do with a sprucing up and maybe a fence/gate out the front to prevent kids running towards the road. However, overall I feel that my child is happy and supported which is the main thing for me.

I have already had one child go to Wellingtons. She was sad to leave and still says she misses it. My son now attends there and he loves it. He comes back home happy, and full of stories and speaks fondly of the staff. The staff at Wellingtons have really helped my little boy to settle in and feel secure
enough to leave me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Staff are amazing. My both children went to Wellingtons Nursery and little one started when she was 11 months old and here she comes to her final year! I highly recommend as they have lots of fun activities and children are very happy and enthusiastic.

He was in the baby room for 6 months (left due to work reasons) they made us feel so comfortable and happy leaving the little one there, we got regular updates which helped ease my mind whilst working, and the smile on my little one's face when he saw his key worker in the baby room said it all and
how much he loved being there and with her. They continuously helped develop his skills and progress in all areas. Although in the baby room, we saw other staff members due to the later pick-up time and they were all great with my little one making him smile.

My child started nursery at Wellingtons Bilton Road Day Nursery earlier in the year and has since been an even happier girl than before. My child, like any other, struggled to settle in to begin with however she has quickly overcome her worries and now even enjoys walking out the door knowing that she
is going to nursery! The team are brilliant at what they do and it is very clear the children have a good bond with everybody and are full of smiles when walking out the door.

I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my baby.
From the first day, my baby felt comfortable, she's always happy to go in and she loves it. The way she developed was amazing. I'm so pleased with all the staff.

My child loves going to nursery. Always comes home and tells me all the things and activities she has done. She has made lots of friends and talks all the time about them and the fun they have together. The staff is so lovely, kind and patient with the children. Getting updates on progression and pictures
of what she does throughout the day is lovely to see.
