The staff were excellent at helping him settle in and we watched him grow in confidence and develop in his learning so much, his school teachers have commented on how advanced he was with his numbers and writing going into reception. Throughout his time there he was incredibly happy, made some lovely friends and still talks very fondly of nursery.
Our younger daughter is due to start here shortly and we are excited to be part of the little raccoons family again.

The daily updates on the App are brilliant, I know what's happening day to day and how she's progressing. The range of activities is great, so much fun whilst learning, and my daughter loves all the arts and crafts. I really like how the parents can get involved too eg coming in for special days, little gifts for parents..We'll be sad to leave when school starts in September!

to put us at ease. He really loves his new nursery now and is always so excited at drop off. The app is great at keeping parents updated and helps us understand how the children are progressing. There is always a handover at pick up time and messages are responded to quickly. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which is great because our youngest will be starting there soon. I should also mention the special events they hold for parents such as the art exhibition which was so lovely to be able to see the children's work.

This is a nursery that really cares about your child's development and your child's well-being.
They communicate very well through an app on your child's progress, day-to-day activities and food. They go above and beyond for the children.

is too it's not a huge nursery and this is one of the reasons we chose this but they still cover all the things they need to ensure there is a lovely variety for the kids.

My daughter loves it here and has bonded well with all of the staff and is encouraged to play with the other children. She has learnt lots of key skills and mastered walking very quickly with the encouragement of everyone at nursery as well as at home.
She loves the food which is cooked fresh on site and we get updates to see what she's having that day.
The nursery also goes above and beyond to do themed parties/days for lots of events with crafting and play, as well as hosting parent events for us to get involved in.
Great outdoor space where she can run around and play with whatever she wants as it's all open for self-selection.

special focus on hygiene and age-specific educational toys/resources in a dedicated space. The lovely and professional staff are very supportive and try to create an environment where your child can thrive to grow in a best possible way. My daughter loves to go to the nursery everyday and enjoys her time here to the fullest. It has also helped in her overall development.
I am giving 4 stars just considering if only there could be flexibility in charging per hour rather than half day/full day as I used to have in previous setting in other areas. Highly recommended to anyone who can afford to pay a private setting and is looking for a nice environment for their child to grow.

The learning activities are well-structured, making education fun while fostering creativity and curiosity. My child comes home every day with new skills, stories, and a big smile. I truly appreciate the dedication of the team.

dealing with allergies and care plans are strictly adhered to and reviewed frequently. Kids are given an impressive range of activities each day, with plenty of messy play and crafts. The only area for improvement is the outdoor space which is in desperate need of investment. However, we have noticed new outdoor toys being added, and the children do get to play outside daily. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Raccoons to other parents.
