The team are so friendly and interested in getting to know my child. My child has become more confident, made new friends and looked forward to going each day. The activities seem fun and creative wheather it was messy play crafts or time outside exploring.

My son has been going for a few months now, and he really enjoys it always comes out with a smile on his face!

We are very happy with how Rupert is developing at nursery. He really enjoys it and has a really good time whenever he attends. His staff members are really nice and Rupert really likes them and enjoys seeing him.

We have two children at the nursery - one in baby room and one in pre school. I honestly cannot say anything but how wonderful it is. The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our kids absolutely love it there! Would recommend Serendipity Cotgrave to anyone!

All 3 of my children have been here and they all enjoy going. Very happy with the service and all the staff are amazing and are happy to help with anything I may need. Nothing is to much for them. Fantastic nursery!

Our daughter loves going to Serendipitys. The staff and management team are so friendly and welcoming and have really made it feel like a second home for our daughter. We couldn't think of anywhere else that we would like our daughter to be. It is amazing to see how much she is developing, from all the activities and trips that she does at Nursery. She loves seeing her friends and interacting with the staff and we are even a little jealous of the quality of food that she's getting. Receiving the updates on the app is great, as we feel like we can see how her day is going. Especially when we get to see photos of what she has been up to, like photos of the sensory play and how much joy is on her face is just lovely to see. We would highly recommend sending your child to Serendipitys, as they have created a safe, comfortable and homely environment where your child can flourish.

Since returning from the Christmas break, our little one has grown so much! She, along with the ladies in her room, have worked really hard to help improve her speech, confidence and motor skills, and we can't believe how big the changes are. The ladies in the baby room are all amazing, and so patient, especially when our little one has been poorly. All the staff at the nursery are fantastic and it feels like they're an extension of our own family, they've had such a brilliant impact on the person our little one is growing into.

Both my children have attended Serendipities day Nursery, they loved it. I highly recommend to all my friends and family looking for childcare. My children came on a lot with there with their communication since being at nursery.

All the staff are lovely with Lottie, she has so much fun and has settled so well. Management are so accommodating to our schedule and a phase in approach. Would recommend.
