My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 12 months old and absolutely loves it there. Staff are friendly and caring. My daughter is thriving and has made lots of friends there already.

Our son has attended this nursery since he was one year old, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received. The nursery provides a fantastic range of activities that support children's development and learning in a fun and engaging way. The staff are warm, kind, approachable and genuinely caring, and they always keep us updated on our son's progress and daily activities. We have loved watching him thrive, grow in confidence and enjoy his time there. We are so happy with his experience at the nursery and would highly recommend it to other families.

Also went above and beyond when my son unfortunately had to have a stay in hospital. Kept in touch for regular updates and went out of there way to send gifts and hand written card from all the other children and staff. Such a special touch at a difficult time for us as a family.

They are all so lovely and 100% about the kids, so caring and so thoughtful. My child loves going and seeing them. They always give us a full lowdown of what he has been up today and what he has done that day. Would highly recommend to anyone

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. my son loves it at nursery and i am so happy. They take the time for every child and you can see how happy the children are there. The nursery took my son on despite difficulties they have made it work for us. we are so grateful.

Attending the day nursery has been a positive experience for my child in June. The facilities and outside space are excellent, offering a safe and stimulating environment where children can play and explore. The learning activities are thoughtfully planned and support the children's development very well. The staff create a nurturing and professional atmosphere that provides reassurance to parents. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of care and would recommend this nursery to other parents looking for good childcare options.

Friendly staff. Children do loads of activities. The parents stay updated through the app. Both of my children love it there!i have seen a massive improvement in my children's speech, motor skills and self confidence. The garden is spacious and have many outdoors activities. Overall really pleased with the service!

As a single parent, having a nursery I can completely trust means everything, and the staff have been incredible from day one. They have been so understanding and supportive, especially when my daughter needed time off due to a medical issue. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and no question or concern has ever felt too small.

Our son has been attending the nursery for around 6 months from 3 yrs old. He absolutely loves going there and we are very happy with the nursery. He has some additional needs and staff have been supportive, knowledgable and kind towards us all as a family. We love the setting and particularly choose it for the large outdoor space. Staff are attentive and friendly. We recommend this nursery 100%.

My daughter started at this nursery when she was less than 12 months old. She has developed, grown and learned so many new skills, including speech and confidence with day-to-day activities, and Bright Kids Crabbs Cross has been a huge factor in this development! The way they have supported my daughter but also me, as a new, single mum, who has found many things difficult and overwhelming. Never a brush off or ignoring any obvious signs that I have also needed encouragement and support too. Always a kind word and a hug if needed! I cannot recommend a nursery more than this one. I will always be in debt to how much they have helped me and my daughter. The staff are just so lovely, the setting is beautiful and the way they are very into using natural products, not an abundance of plastics etc. Just everything you would ever want and need for your child's happiness and development. The place where you would feel so safe in the knowledge your child is looked after and treated amazingly!

Really lovely childcare setting. Our daughter joined halfway through the pre-school year from a different Bright Kids Nursery and all the staff at Crabbs Cross have made us feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are so dedicated and creative with all the children. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Great supportive staff who go out of the way to help out children with special needs. Issues can be resolved quickly. Happy to discuss any concerns with parents and put strategies in place e.g. speech delay support plan.
