Overall Experience

I was so nervous about sending my eight-month-old to nursery so I could return to work. She had never been away from me before.
I first visited the nursery during an open evening while I was still pregnant, and the ladies were so warm and welcoming. From the very first morning I dropped her off, Shannon,

Justine and Aleesha have made the experience incredible for both me and my daughter-no worry and no tears.
I love seeing the bond they've built with my little girl and how comfortable she is there without me. She's doing all the things she loves-taking part in new activities, learning new things, playing outside every day, and even trying new foods.

Would I send my little one to Frogmore knowing what I know now? Heck no! Ever since the management swap, Frogmore has taken a dramatic nosedive - and not in a good way! It's like they tossed out the Montessori handbook and started a fast food joint.
We were hit by a hidden charge, even with free nursery

placement. Bambino's now prohibits packed lunches or the ability to provide your own nappies like the original Frogmore did, stopping it under the umbrella of allergies. You pay a daily fee; however, it appears most kids won't eat what's on the menu and end up only having a sandwich for lunch. My kid very rarely eats what they're providing, meaning you are paying through the nose for food that your child doesn't eat. You will also continue being charged for nappies and wipes even after your child is potty trained.
The garden and facilities are mostly from the orginal frogmore so are a good standard.
If it wasnt for convenience Id have found another placement by now.

My little girl has been attending Frogmore for a short period of time, but has already come out of her shell so much more than previous nurseries that she has attended. The staff are very nurturing and caring especially when it comes to the days when drop off is a little bit difficult for her, she always

comes out beaming and having enjoyed her day. She's always excited to tell me what she's done in a day.

I've recently had a meeting with the nursery manager reagarding the development of my son.
He was a micro premature baby born @23 weeks with ongoing appointments and issues.
Melissa was so reassuring and helpful.
We are going go to put developmental plans in place to help the areas Theo's lacking

in or slightly behind.
Theo loves his nursery days, loving now being able to go out in the garden now the sunshine breaking through

My child has been at Frogmore over 18months and has developed and grown so quickly. He loves all the staff and as he has moved into the older settings they have always kept a strong connection daily.

The have been really accommodating with his

I was very anxious about sending my daughter to nursery, choosing Bambino's didn't even feel like a choice after reading their wonderful reviews and OFSTED report. All of the staff alleviated any worries I had within the first visit. They worked so hard to help my daughter's separation anxiety and now

she shuts the door on me when I drop her off and barely wants to leave at pick up. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and you can tell their main focus is the children and what's best for them. My daughter LOVES the staff, she comes home talking about them and will bring them up constantly. Her speech, understanding, confidence etc have come along so much while she's been there.
My daughter has intolerances to certain foods and their communication regarding these are amazing, how they're always offering alternatives or ensuring that she has the "same but different" food the other children have is such attention to detail.

We are delighted with Bambinos Woolwell. The management and staff go above and beyond for children in their care. All children appear settled and comfortable whenever i drop off or collect my son. There is a wide selection of fun and educational activities each day, safe outdoor spaces and nutritious

food provided. The staff are so friendly and genuinely love and care for the children. My son gets so excited to go to nursery and is never upset being left in their care. The care and communication is second to none, from both key works and Melissa. We are so thankful for all of the staff at Bambinos Woolwell. Our son has recently started with seizures, but they sprung into action and immediatley arranged training and a care plan to cater for his needs. We couldnt ask for a better nursery

We're so happy with the care our 18-month-old son receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children, which makes such a difference.
They always organise brilliant activities for the children, especially outdoor play in the garden, which our son

absolutely loves. It's lovely knowing he gets so many opportunities to explore, play, and learn in a fun environment.
Since starting at the nursery, we've seen a huge improvement in his development. The team have been especially supportive in helping him with his walking, and it's been amazing to see how much his confidence and ability have grown.

I would 100% recommend this nursery. They have been amazing with my daughter and she has managed to settle in amazingly. There are always updates throughout the day and I am always informed at pickup of how the day has gone and what activities she has got up to, she especially loves the 'sing and sign'.

She enjoys going in to nursery which makes me feel reassured and all the staff are so lovely and always say hello with a smile on their face. The development of my little girl only being in this nursery for such a short period of time has been amazing, the team really support learning and development.

Amira has been going to Bambino's since June 2025.I couldn't ask for a better place for her to feel safe,secure & to flourish.
She has ADHD,and it didn't take long for the manager Melissa to notice this when she was in her group.When picking Amira up.We are always given a detailed and concise debrief

of her day.Amira adores Melissa and is always so happy to see her,even though she isn't in her group now.
The standard has remained the same for Amira in her next group with carers such as Hayley & Lisa forming wonderful relationships with her.She has flourished beyond our expectations I have regular meetings with the Head special needs coordinator Faz discussing Amira's needs with Myself & her Mother which have been beneficial and Informed,giving us a clear plan on strategies for Amira at Bambino's & at home.
Amira will be leaving for Lipson Vale Primary School in September this year,and I know that myself & her Mother will miss them very much and I'm sure the staff will miss Amira too

My daughter has been at Bambino's for the last year and absolutely loves it. She's very much a Velcro child, so I was worried about how she would cope moving into nursery after previously having a nanny, but she has absolutely thrived.
The nursery truly feels like a home from home for her, and the

individual care, effort, and genuine interest shown by the team is phenomenal.
A special thanks to Melissa, who is not only the love of my daughter's life but, at this point, probably mine too - thank you for all the support with my little menace!
The management team have always been quick and helpful in resolving any queries or concerns. Overall, a fabulous nursery and an incredible support for this full-time working mummy.

We are extremely happy with the care our son receives at the nursery. He absolutely loves being there and has built wonderful relationships with all the key workers, who are caring, patient, and attentive.
Since starting, his speech has come on leaps and bounds, and we've seen a huge improvement in

his confidence. It's been lovely to watch him grow, develop, and become more independent in such a nurturing environment.
The outdoor space is fantastic and is one of his favourite parts of the day - he absolutely loves playing outside, which has really helped his confidence and physical development.
He also loves all the meals provided and often talks about the food at home, which is a real bonus! We feel reassured knowing he is happy, safe, and well cared for each day. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and stimulating setting for their child.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by a caring, friendly team who are clearly passionate about what they do. The staff are attentive, nurturing and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development, and it truly shows.

The children are

visibly happy, settled and excited to attend. Our children love going every day, which gives us complete peace of mind. The food is excellent, healthy and clearly enjoyed, with empty plates as the norm.

Educationally, the nursery is fantastic. They strike a wonderful balance between fun and learning, making education engaging and age appropriate while preparing the children brilliantly for school. It feels like a warm, supportive community where children thrive, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent.

Overall Experience

The team at Bambinos are amazing with our daughter.
It is so nice to see her actualy wanting to go into the setting willingly. So I can leave her with confidence and know she is in safe hands.
She has learnt so many new skills and her confidence has only grown since being there.

Overall Experience

This is my second time using Bambinos although 17 years apart and at a different site.
However the care is as amazing as it was before.
My baby of 9 months is always full of smiles and very happy to go to all staff at drop off.
The staff have helped her settle very quickly into the nursery. Their

care and attention to her needs is absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough. Always keeping me updated with feedback of how she's getting on.
The management team have also been amazing and have responded very quickly to any queries I've had.
I have always recommended Bambinos and will continue to do so.
