The staff are absolutely incredible, so caring, attentive and enthusiastic towards my child. He loves going to nursery and has built such strong bonds with many of his carers. It's so reassuring to know he is happy, settled and being cared for so well. I couldn't feel more at ease leaving him in their care.

The Willows have been nothing more than amazing since my son started back in February 2025 at just 7 months. He has come on leaps and bounds through both the toddler and now Early pre school room which is all down to the fantastic staffing team.. I love being kept up to date through famly, receiving everything from meals, photos of his day and accident forms and if I need anything at all its so easy to contact the team via messages (the girls are always quick to reply.) I continue to recommend the nursery and have lots of friends who's children now go to the setting due to my recommendation which is just lovely. Its clean, staff are professional and the nursery as a whole gives off such a warm, homely vibe which is definitely something you want when leaving your children. I cant thank them enough for the amazing care they provide and how my son has amazing bonds with each and every member of staff, from those caring for him to those in the office. it really is such a lovely setting.

My experience with The Willows Day Nursery has been great from the start. They have been attentive to both my children and absolutely phenomenal with their needs and adjustments required.

Both my children are more than happy to attend Nursery and I see they always have fun, productive learning and play and happy each time at pick up times.

The Willows stood out to us when I was viewing Nurserys back in 2023 whilst pregnant with my first baby. They seemed very friendly, welcoming and laid back. Both our boys now attend The Willows and we have had a positive experience so far! Having looked round a few nurseries, we decided upon Willows as it just felt right. Recommended to us by friends whose children went there this has proved to be great decision. Right from the start they were very accommodating, adapting and understanding in the initial settling in process and working up the hours and days as required. We are delighted with her progress in their time there and preparing her for the next step and starting school. All the staff have been brilliant but particular praise for her key workers who she has really grown a strong bond with. As a SEND child this is especially important and noteworthy our experience of working with the nursery and outside bodies like Portage, adapting and understanding and maximising her time there. Ultimately I think they genuinely care for my child and want the very best for her.

My little girl has been at The Willows for the past 3 years and our experience has been amazing. They've really taught and showed my girl so much, her confidence and learning has blossomed so much. She loves coming to nursery and love anll the members of staff. The staff have been incredible, a lot of love and care is put out and it really shows. It was a no brainer for me to put my second child in at this nursery, even with it being out the way for us. I 100% recommend this nursery to anyway looking x

Our two children have had a wonderful experience with Daisy Chain nursery from joining aged 1 through to leaving for school. Throughout their time there, we have always been very happy with the team of staff who always helped them to settle at drop off which was very reassuring. They are always very creative with ideas to keep the children entertained. The two playgrounds are great to have as they always have the option of shade in the summer and a variety of play equipment. We love the annual sports day / fair that they organise which is a great way to bring everyone together! It really is a lovely nursery and I would highly recommend it.

My daughter started willow's around a year ago I'd say and after trying 2 nurseries prior to willow's and I can honestly say it is THE best nursery, the staff, the food they're given, the way things are handed and how they try to accommodate the days and times you need are next to none. my little one loves it and cried her eyes out at others she has been to. I feel confident & happy that she's cared so well for at willows and would recommend to anyone thinking about having their child there.

I've been really impressed and pleased that I chose Willows Day Nursery for my little one. He seems to really enjoy going, and it's lovely to see how happy and excited the staff are to see him when he comes through the door. It really does make me feel reassured knowing he's happy and settled there.

I also absolutely love getting the regular updates through the app! It's so lovely being able to see what he's been up to during the day, and I really appreciate how well they keep us updated. I also think it's brilliant that they document when the children are signed in and out, which I assume is for safety and safeguarding reasons - it's another little thing that gives you that extra reassurance as a parent.

Overall, I'm really happy with Willows and would definitely recommend them. I'm so pleased we chose them for him!

My little girl is now 3. She started at 8.5 months old and like many mums, it was such a hard transition for us both. The Willows made it so easy. I honestly tell everyone they're like her third parent. They deserve so much credit for helping her to nap independently, eat varied foods, become comfortable around other children and adults, and gain so much confidence. I have love and gratitude for them.

Willows is the best nursery! Every single staff member is so kind and always seems so excited when they see children walking through the door. They welcome you with such kindness :) My child is always so happy to attend nursery and has made friends with other children in his class. His development since attending nursery has been amazing.

Can't say enough good things about this nursery, my daughter started just over a year ago, she settled in straight away. Management and staff are fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. And I'm at ease knowing my daughter is been looked after and happy while there. I would definitely recommend willows if you're looking for child care.

Ella is an asset to the nursery and one of the main reasons i sent my second child to the same nursery again, shes a very kind person with a loving nature and knows the nursery and children inside out. Staff retention is a must for me when sending my children to a form of care, and knowing Ella is still there is very comforting for myself as i know my child will be looked after to the highest standard.

We couldn't be happier with the care our child has received at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel confident and safe that they will provide the best care for our son. I can see the change in my kid and how confident he is, he has made some new friends and developed new skills every day. The team is kind, patient and genuinely cares about each kid as an individual. Daisychain have always made us as a family feel so comfortable, they are flexible, good at communication and we are happy and impressed with how much our daughter comes home and has learned during her days there. Whilst staff are friendly and approachable I think it would be nice if staff members got into the habit of introducing themselves by name because as a parent I find it important to know who is caring for my little one.

My son has been at Daisy Chain since he was around 10m old, we were recommended them by a friend who's children attend a different branch and we didn't view any others as we got such a good vibe. All the staff are lovely and he's genuinely so happy to be in any of their company. I love how much thought goes into each days activities, more often than not with a theme, we get the right amount of updates and pictures and I can see how much he loves being there.

Our little girl has been in the Pixies baby room now for nearly 3 months and we have been really impressed with everything they've done so far. The staff have been truly excellent in helping her get settled and we felt they really went the extra mile particularly in those early difficult stages. The communication from them is excellent if there are any issues, and the food seems to be going down a treat.

I was lucky enough to see the room in action on a visit on Father's Day and got to see how happy she was in there with all her toys and the lovely people around her!
