The Willows Day Nursery

The staff are absolutely incredible, so caring, attentive and enthusiastic towards my child. He loves going to nursery and has built such strong bonds with many of his carers. It's so reassuring to know he is happy, settled and being cared for so well. I couldn't feel more at ease leaving him in their care.

The Willows have been nothing more than amazing since my son started back in February 2025 at just 7 months. He has come on leaps and bounds through both the toddler and now Early pre school room which is all down to the fantastic staffing team.. I love being kept up to date through famly, receiving everything from meals, photos of his day and accident forms and if I need anything at all its so easy to contact the team via messages (the girls are always quick to reply.) I continue to recommend the nursery and have lots of friends who's children now go to the setting due to my recommendation which is just lovely. Its clean, staff are professional and the nursery as a whole gives off such a warm, homely vibe which is definitely something you want when leaving your children. I cant thank them enough for the amazing care they provide and how my son has amazing bonds with each and every member of staff, from those caring for him to those in the office. it really is such a lovely setting.

My experience with The Willows Day Nursery has been great from the start. They have been attentive to both my children and absolutely phenomenal with their needs and adjustments required.

Both my children are more than happy to attend Nursery and I see they always have fun, productive learning and play and happy each time at pick up times.

The Willows stood out to us when I was viewing Nurserys back in 2023 whilst pregnant with my first baby. They seemed very friendly, welcoming and laid back. Both our boys now attend The Willows and we have had a positive experience so far! Very happy we can drop our boys off somewhere they are well looked after by lovely staff, and in a comfortable environment! Thank you x

Having looked round a few nurseries, we decided upon Willows as it just felt right. Recommended to us by friends whose children went there this has proved to be great decision. Right from the start they were very accommodating, adapting and understanding in the initial settling in process and working up the hours and days as required. We are delighted with her progress in their time there and preparing her for the next step and starting school. All the staff have been brilliant but particular praise for her key workers who she has really grown a strong bond with. As a SEND child this is especially important and noteworthy our experience of working with the nursery and outside bodies like Portage, adapting and understanding and maximising her time there. Ultimately I think they genuinely care for my child and want the very best for her.

My little girl has been at The Willows for the past 3 years and our experience has been amazing. They've really taught and showed my girl so much, her confidence and learning has blossomed so much. She loves coming to nursery and love anll the members of staff. The staff have been incredible, a lot of love and care is put out and it really shows. It was a no brainer for me to put my second child in at this nursery, even with it being out the way for us. I 100% recommend this nursery to anyway looking x

My daughter started willow's around a year ago I'd say and after trying 2 nurseries prior to willow's and I can honestly say it is THE best nursery, the staff, the food they're given, the way things are handed and how they try to accommodate the days and times you need are next to none. my little one loves it and cried her eyes out at others she has been to. I feel confident & happy that she's cared so well for at willows and would recommend to anyone thinking about having their child there.

I've been really impressed and pleased that I chose Willows Day Nursery for my little one. He seems to really enjoy going, and it's lovely to see how happy and excited the staff are to see him when he comes through the door. It really does make me feel reassured knowing he's happy and settled there.

I also absolutely love getting the regular updates through the app! It's so lovely being able to see what he's been up to during the day, and I really appreciate how well they keep us updated. I also think it's brilliant that they document when the children are signed in and out, which I assume is for safety and safeguarding reasons - it's another little thing that gives you that extra reassurance as a parent.

Overall, I'm really happy with Willows and would definitely recommend them. I'm so pleased we chose them for him!

My little girl is now 3. She started at 8.5 months old and like many mums, it was such a hard transition for us both. The Willows made it so easy. I honestly tell everyone they're like her third parent. They deserve so much credit for helping her to nap independently, eat varied foods, become comfortable around other children and adults, and gain so much confidence. I have love and gratitude for them.

Willows is the best nursery! Every single staff member is so kind and always seems so excited when they see children walking through the door. They welcome you with such kindness :) My child is always so happy to attend nursery and has made friends with other children in his class. His development since attending nursery has been amazing.

Can't say enough good things about this nursery, my daughter started just over a year ago, she settled in straight away. Management and staff are fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. And I'm at ease knowing my daughter is been looked after and happy while there. I would definitely recommend willows if you're looking for child care.

The Willows is an amazing nursery who put the children who attend at the heart of what they do. You can tell that everyone, from the owner down, genuinely cares about what they do and the outcomes of the children they care for. We visited several nurseries and knew the Willows was different. Our little boy has additional needs, to say they have been amazing in their support of him would be understating all the things they have done for him. With their support, he has achieved so much and the way they work with various professionals he is involved with to achieve the best outcomes is truly wonderful. He loves the nursery and it's staff and is clearly happy and content in their care. All the staff communicate clearly with parents, there are daily updates and periodic newsletters and parents evenings to ensure that there is clarity about what is happening at the nursery. It is a wonderful place and I would not hesitate in recommending the Willows.
