Tiny Toes Day Nursery is 3 minutes from all the staff car-parks at UHS (the Southampton General Hospital). It also caters for all the local community as well as NHS staff.
Formerly a church, the nursery was transformed with a £1.5 million refurbishment into a two storey building which caters for children from 3 months to 5 years. There is also a dedicated baby unit ( cubs) on the site, specifically for children up to around 18mnths.
Every room has direct access to an outside space, allowing for 'free flow' to outside play and they are all used everyday, whatever the weather.
The Nursery runs all year and is open to all. Over 3,000 parents have been served by Tiny Toes.
Following the EYFS for children it also incorporates 'my happy minds' into everyday activities which supports and develops each child's emotional and physical resilience, so essential for modern life.
The senior management team at this nursery have decades of experience offering qualified and very experienced childcare - please check the website to meet the team members.
The in-house chef prepares freshly cooked meals each day including vegetarian/Vegan/and Halal. All allergies and intolerances are also catered for and all Religious food preferences are also respected.
The Nursery offers 15% NHS/Bluelight discount and Alex, the Parent relations manager, can discuss all the ( sometimes confusing) Government funding options with you.

My name is Diana, and I am honoured to lead the wonderful team here at Tiny Toes. With over 15 years of experience in the childcare field, my journey began as a childminder, where I ran a successful personal business for many fulfilling years.
Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional growth. I hold a Diploma in Childcare, a Foundation Degree in Early Years, and a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Education. My passion for supporting children's development led me to become a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, ensuring that every child receives the tailored care they deserve. Transitioning into management over a decade ago, I've had the privilege of overseeing early years settings with a focus on excellence. With four Ofsted inspections under my belt, I'm proud to say that two were graded Good and two were graded Outstanding, reflecting our commitment to quality and care. At the heart of my work is a deep-seated belief in the importance of laying strong foundations for children and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
I am dedicated to ensuring that every child who walks through our doors at Tiny Toes has the opportunity to flourish and thrive. As a manager, I hold the values of Tiny Toes in high regard, and I am passionate about supporting my team to deliver the very best care possible. Every child, family, and staff member are valued and cherished, and I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels like a part of our incredible Tiny Toes family.

Hello, I'm Molly, the Deputy Manager at our Warren Avenue setting, and I have a strong passion for early years education. I am deeply committed to creating a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment for both children and their families. My goal is to ensure every child and parents/carers' nursery experience is a smooth and joyful journey, where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. I began my career in my early years as an apprentice, and through dedication and a love for child development, I have worked my way through my qualifications to reach my current role. Since joining Tiny Toes just under a year ago, I’ve enjoyed building meaningful relationships with our children and their families, and I look forward to continuing to support their growth and development in the years ahead.
