Learning is inspired by awe and wonder. A carefully planned curriculum supports each child’s natural curiosity, encouraging independence, creativity, and a love of learning, while recognising that every child develops at their own pace.
Open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, all year round, the nursery supports working families and offers a before and after school club for children attending Kingsthorpe Primary Village School, providing continuity of care in a familiar setting.
Children are cared for by a skilled team of early years professionals, all paediatric first aid trained and committed to supporting children’s wellbeing and development. Strong partnerships with parents are actively promoted to ensure each child’s individual needs are fully supported.

My grandaughter has been at the nursery for almost a year now. Her developmental progress has been fantastic and I attribute a lot of it to the experiences and exposure she has had on nursery, being around older children and good staff roles models.
Communication during her time there is excellent. We always get a call and online message when something happens or she needa to see that that was happening. Weekly observations have been very welcome too.

We joined the nursery in March and all of the staff and management weren't brilliant through our transition from our old nursery. My little girl loves going to nursery, she cannot wait to get there in the mornings, the staff all welcome her with open arms and make a big fuss of her, she loves it. The facilities and grounds are really nice and there is plenty of activities for the children to do in all weathers.
I would highly recommend The Red Brick Day Nursery to anyone, everyone who works there is 5 star in my opinion

Redbrick Nursery is absolutely fantastic! My son has been here since he was just one, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he receives. The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly, and there are great food choices with lots of variety to cater for different needs. My son particularly loves all the outdoor play he gets throughout the day. We also receive a detailed handover every day, which is brilliant and really helps us feel involved in his day-to-day experiences.
Kirsy, the manager, is down-to-earth, realistic and incredibly approachable, which makes such a difference. We genuinely couldn't recommend Redbrick Nursery enough!

They really took the time to understand Max and his needs and to work with us and support us when times have been a little tough. They've really prepared him for school and I only wish they could join him there too. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and we will all miss them now Max starts school.

I love how the food is included in the price and the variety of food is amazing. I love the little art pieces she has come home with, the art always fits the season/ holiday. She has also brought home some yummy treats too!

What a wonderful nursery! My daugther has been going to Red Brick at Kingswell Road since she was 8 months old and she loves it. I was a worried mum leaving my baby so young but it has been a fantastic experience. The manager is extremely helpful in navigating the challenges of funding and what needs to be done to ensure everything is set up for when they start. The team in the baby room are amazing, so friendly and know exactly whats happened during the day sending lovely pictures and updates. Thank you for all your help and making us mums feel at ease. I am so happy with everything :)

The staff are wonderful and truly care about every single child. Both of my daughters have attended Red Brick, and they have always been happy and able to be themselves there. My oldest has already started school, but she often asks to visit the nursery because she misses it so much. We still use their after-school club as well. If I had to choose again a place for children to grow, laugh, have fun, and learn about the world, I would absolutely choose Red Brick.
