I absolutely love this nursery , my daughter started last year and I feel she's learnt so much and she's much more confident, Rhiannon and the nursery team are absolutely amazing and so understanding, they're helpful and I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter at nursery knowing she is safe with the
manager and her nursery team.

Great improvement from my childs speaking and listening skills. Loves interacting at nursery aswell as home. Improved in his use of words + volcab and able to express his needs.
My child always got a positive attitude to wanting to come to nursery so surely he was the evnviroment he is in. Always great

My child is very happy at this nursery. He has settled in and is thriving. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members who helped him settle in and gave taken care of him since. The management team are very helpful too.

The staff are helpful and caring, always keeping parents updated of how the child is and has been. Any problems they get resolved instantly. Great service and always here to help. Great to come into the nursery to see where my child is playing and to see the staff.

My daughter is really happy to come to nursery. She has grown in confidence from when she first started to now. She has become very vocal and when I have had questions and didn't understand something, the staff took the time to explain things to me and reassured me.

Really impressive nursery. My son is happy here and is enjoying his time at little adventures. The staff are amazing and very polite here, very professional the nursery is well spacious and has a lot of activities for the kids to do.

All the staff members at Little Adventures Nursery are awesome and very helpful towards the learning of children. Great activities and learning every day. My child is always happy to go to the nursery every day and excited for the next day. Big well done to all the staff.

I can't fault this nursery, all 3 of my children have been looked after here, the staff are well-mannered, polite and respectful they build good professional relationships with the children, and they take time at the beginning and end of the day to ask and inform you about your child. My children have
always felt safe and happy at this nursery and have positive things to say about it. Definitely would recommend this nursery to those parents who would like to leave their children in the care of competent staff and feel reassured to go about their day without worrying.

Job Title: Head of Audits and Training Joined: 2022

My name is Angelene and I have over 25 years' experience working within the Early Years Sector. My main experience has been within Nursery settings where I have run busy, Baby, Toddler and Pre-Schools rooms. For the past 14 years, I have had Leadership and Management roles including managing a 100 place Ofsted Outstanding Nursery. My experience has enabled me to support, mentor and train staff. I have worked for Little Adventures Nurseries since June 2022. My role is to develop staff training, this is implemented through e-learning modules, company-wide inset days, in-house training for individual settings and specialist training days at our designated Training Hub. I have also obtained my First Aid instructor qualification so I can ensure all our staff are pediatric first aid trained and confident to administer first aid. My role also includes visiting each nursery at least bi-annually to complete Quality Audits against our company policies and values as well as the Ofsted Grade Descriptors. This part of my role is invaluable face-to-face training to our teams as well as giving quality assurance to our families that our nurseries are sustaining the highest quality of care and standards.
