The team have engaged in the development of the environment with implementation of open ended resources which foster children's curiosity and learning whilst further enhancing their development.
The nursery is led by a passionate, skilled and motivated team, who engage in regular training opportunities to further improve their knowledge and understanding for Early Years Frameworks. Their approach to learning takes account of the individual needs of each child, offering a variety of learning experiences, indoor and out, every day, to encourage the child's natural curiosity and adventure.
The outdoor environment further compliments the indoor environment through the use of natural open ended resources to stimulate the children's natural curiosity and awe and wander of the world through enriched learning experiences.

Michelle Rose is a dedicated early years professional with over two decades of experience. She began her career at the age of 16, driven by a passion for working with children that has continued to grow throughout the years.
She has worked in a variety of settings, holding roles ranging from managerial to area manager, and has also gained valuable experience in residential childcare. Michelle earned her first childcare qualification in 2004 and holds an SVQ Level 2 in Early Years Care and Education, an HNC in Childcare and Education, and an SVQ Level 4 in Social Services(Children and Young People). She is currently working towards her BA in Childhood Practice, which she will complete next year.
