Funding & Fees
Fees are calculated based on the number of sessions booked. There is a minimum of 5 sessions required per week (including at least 2 afternoon sessions).

Tea Time Session 16:00 - 18:00: £21 per hour.
Deposit on acceptance (refundable): £3000
Any child receiving funding would be charged as follows:
Baby Room: £20.25 per hour for unfunded hours in a session
Nursery class: £18.88 per hour for unfunded hours within the session
Each child in receipt of funding will be charged £8.00 per funded hour for consumables (including food, essentials and extras).
Our fees for 2024/2025 include all meals, snacks, nappies and trips.
Lunch is served to all children attending a full day or morning session. In the afternoon, families may collect at any time between 3.30pm and 6pm. High tea will be served to all children staying after 4pm.

Our son enjoys attending and all the staff are caring, enthusiastic and extremely professional. It seems that all the children are stimulated and happy. Well done to the new head, she has taken the nursery to an even higher level.

Our son moved to london in January 2026 and guided by a wonderful head of nursery and an amazing team of teachers, created a nurturing environment . His transition was smooth as support was provided for both child and parents. We were constantly kept updated. Our child is very happy as he learned through play. A lot of thought and effort has been put into teaching where they develop different skills from motor skills, counting , emotional intelligence and culture. The menu provide a range of healthy hot food accommodating different requirements. Our son also succeeded in potty training. Highly recommend this gem of a nursery.
Our son has been at The Chelsea Nursery for over a year now, and he absolutely loves it there. All the teachers are lovely, and they always take the time to update us on his progress. Beyond just being caring, the staff provides a brilliant, structured environment with engaging activities that have really helped build his confidence. This is a wonderful nursery. My son has been attending since Jan 2025 and he loves going in and bounces out happily too. It blows my mind everyday how much vocabulary that he has picked up and how much he is actively learning in terms of numeracy and literacy at such a young age. The team are warm and friendly, and incredibly professional. My son recites all their names on the way in. Thoroughly recommend!

The staff at The Chelsea Nursery are helping my child settle in with such patience and care. Everyone in the school is nurturing and patient with all the children. The live updates via the app have impressive detail and it's so nice to hear all the activities they've been doing and everything they've been eating. We feel really connected to our child during their day as a result. The range of activities, lessons and sport is so impressive for a nursery. It's also very rare to find a nursery in RBKC that will allow one's child to nap. We're so happy with our choice!

My son started at the nursery about a year ago, he was just shy of turning 1. I was of course nervous as he felt so young but the teachers were so friendly and very accommodating to our needs. He's now a very confident and outgoing 2-year-old and I can't recommend the nursery enough.

It's a lovely, nurturing nursery with wonderful faculty. My toddler is always so happy in the mornings and is learning so much! She always comes back with a new song that she's learned and is eating more independently.

Meet the Team (1)
Aki joined the Early Years sector over 20 years ago, driven by a strong passion to understand how children learn through play and how their brains develop. She has always been enthusiastic about working with children, supporting their growth, and helping them thrive.
Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including Nursery Manager and Nursery Managing Director, across both independent and chain nursery settings.
She holds Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Early Years Care and Education, and in 2009, earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology as part of her long-term goal to become a child psychologist.
With over 15 years of experience in managerial positions, Aki has guided and supported many practitioners and parents, and she is always very passionate about creating nurturing, stimulating environments where children feel safe, valued, and able to reach their full potential because they are our future.
