N Family Club - Bishop's Stortford

The resources and equipment are gorgeous, the care they receive is great and they have incredible nutritious meals. Great outside area just wish it was bigger and a tad more natural with such lovely fields around but they do also go on nature walks and trips to the park.

Emma is Jesse's key person and we are so happy with the care, food and environment that he gets at the nursery. Jesse loves being here and is developing really well. The facilities here are really great. So happy.

N Family has been the best experience not just for my child but also us as parents. The staff from the moment you walk in they are beyond helpful and always happy to greet upon arrival. The staff fully support any situation or concerns we may share with them and always try their best to help. Thank you N Family for being the best nursery for our daughter. Compared to other nurseries I have experienced which I have thoroughly enjoyed, N Familh by far out weighs them in many ways.

Very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from the staff.They are always attentive and ensure that our child is happy and safe. Special mentions to Nikki, Paige and Emma in cove for their hard work and care they provide.

Our daughter started nursery in Feb 26, it has been a pleasure to watch her grow and develop. The staff in her room are kind and caring, always taking the time to tell us how our daughter's day has been. It has been lovely to watch our daughter's bond grow with her key person Nikki, she is always happy to she her! We appreciate all the daily updates showing how she is progressing week on week.

Communication with parents is excellent, and it's lovely to see regular updates and photos of everything the children get up to. Everyone at NFamily has been really supportive and encouraging whilst our little one settles in, he's been there a couple of months and is really happy and enjoying his days there (and all the tasty food!). It's really lovely to have all the updates throughout the day on the app to see how he's getting on, and the staff are always proactive at keeping us up to date. We're very happy with our choice in nursery.

We're really happy with N family Stortford and the care our daughter receives. She is always excited to go in each day, which says so much in itself. She has come along so well since starting, and it's clear she has a wonderful time there. We couldn't wish for a better place for her to learn, grow and feel so happy and secure.

Overall, we couldn't be happier. This nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're so grateful for the care, creativity, and passion they put into everything they do.

She absolutely loves attending her 3 days there and looks forward to seeing her friends and key workers. The building is very secure with easy parking and the children enjoy nature walks near the surrounding fields. The nursery app is very easy to use and I look forward to the daily updates of my daughters day with photos of what she has been learning and it is reassuring to see her looking so happy and joining in activities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I could not recommend this nursery enough.

All of the team are brilliant. We have had to make a few changes due to diet restrictions and even the chef wanted to discuss options that would be best suited to our boy. It always feels like everyone knows everything that is happening/discussed and all staff are invested in the children. Cannot not fault them one bit!

My son has been at N since March 2025 and I am so happy that I was able to get him a space as he's absolutely thriving! I really struggled with the transition at first as being a first time mum it's really difficult leaving your baby in the hands of people you don't know but the staff quickly made me feel reassured and confident and I now know I made the right choice! The staff are super friendly and caring and always have a smile on their face,My son's development has excelled since starting at N to the point where I can't keep up! His key worker is so lovely and kind she provides me with regular detailed updates throughout the day of how his day is going along with photos and videos which make my day away from him that little bit easier. Thank you so much to N for everything you do for my son I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking of joining, you won't regret it!

N Family Bishops Stortford is like a home away from home for my daughter who has been attending since 10 months old. All of the staff are friendly, caring and personable and create an extremely welcoming environment. My daughter was quick to settle in and loves the daily activities that are planned and really enjoys the food, she always goes into nursery with a smile on her face. It's great being able to see updates throughout the day via the app.

My daughter (at the time 5 months old) started in May and I have seen such a difference in her development. Her key worker is so lovely and always there to greet us In the morning and always helpful with my questions and was so supportive of me when I was emotional dropping her off. I am updated so much with what she has eaten and everything on the app and the photos I get sent are so lovely to see. All staff are absolutely lovely and my daughter is so happy to come in every day. Definitely reccomend to all my friends this nursery
