Our little boy attends 3 days a week and we are absolutely delighted with our experience at this nursery. The care and attention from both the staff and the management team have been outstanding, and we feel completely confident that our child is in the best hands every day that he attends. The variety and quality of the meals are exceptional, and it's clear how much thought goes into giving the children nutritious and interesting options. Children have a beautiful garden to play in with lots of space and also have access to the nearby nature reserve which they visit often. Not only are the children thought of, but the parents too. Parents are offered a fresh pastry and coffee every morning, which makes such a difference and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we couldn't be happier. This nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're so grateful for the care, creativity, and passion they put into everything they do.

My daughter started N family club Bishops Stortford in May this year as she was moving from another nursery. I was worried to begin with how she would settle moving to another setting. But the staff at N family club have been amazing! They allowed timely settling in sessions and have all been very calm and relaxed with my daughter and made her and myself feel very comfortable and welcome. She absolutely loves attending her 3 days there and looks forward to seeing her friends and key workers. The building is very secure with easy parking and the children enjoy nature walks near the surrounding fields. The nursery app is very easy to use and I look forward to the daily updates of my daughters day with photos of what she has been learning and it is reassuring to see her looking so happy and joining in activities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I could not recommend this nursery enough.

Our son loves the nursery and team so much so, that he cries when leaving each evening. They have done a brilliant job with settling him in, making him comfortable, confident and supporting with developments. We love receiving updates with photos to see what he has been up to that day and as first time parents, makes the transition process much easier. All of the team are brilliant. We have had to make a few changes due to diet restrictions and even the chef wanted to discuss options that would be best suited to our boy. It always feels like everyone knows everything that is happening/discussed and all staff are invested in the children. Cannot not fault them one bit!

My son has been at N since March 2025 and I am so happy that I was able to get him a space as he's absolutely thriving! I really struggled with the transition at first as being a first time mum it's really difficult leaving your baby in the hands of people you don't know but the staff quickly made me feel reassured and confident and I now know I made the right choice! The staff are super friendly and caring and always have a smile on their face,My son's development has excelled since starting at N to the point where I can't keep up! His key worker is so lovely and kind she provides me with regular detailed updates throughout the day of how his day is going along with photos and videos which make my day away from him that little bit easier. Thank you so much to N for everything you do for my son I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking of joining, you won't regret it!

N Family Bishops Stortford is like a home away from home for my daughter who has been attending since 10 months old. All of the staff are friendly, caring and personable and create an extremely welcoming environment. My daughter was quick to settle in and loves the daily activities that are planned and really enjoys the food, she always goes into nursery with a smile on her face. It's great being able to see updates throughout the day via the app.

My daughter has been at N Club in Bishops Stortford since April. As a first time parent it's rather daunting leaving your little world in the hands of someone else, but N Club have made that transition easy. My daughter's Key worker and the rest of the team are so personable, kind and caring and I feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter with them. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at N and continues to surprise me daily! The front of house staff and managers are all so lovely and it's so nice to walk in every morning to smiling faces and knowing they've gone the extra mile to know and greet all family members. Thank you!

My daughter (at the time 5 months old) started in May and I have seen such a difference in her development. Her key worker is so lovely and always there to greet us In the morning and always helpful with my questions and was so supportive of me when I was emotional dropping her off. I am updated so much with what she has eaten and everything on the app and the photos I get sent are so lovely to see. All staff are absolutely lovely and my daughter is so happy to come in every day. Definitely reccomend to all my friends this nursery

I have recommended this nursery to 4 of my close friends and family members to their new arrivals and I think that shows how happy I am with this nursery. We went to another nursery for 3 months before the N Family Club opened and the comparison is unbelievable, we couldn't be more pleased that we made the jump and changed and they've been amazing with our child. Especially with all of the caring staff and ease in which they've welcomed our little own and helped the settle process. Very impressed! The nursery rooms and outside space is absolutely amazing and the learning, care and staff are outstanding! Communication couldn't be improved and the nutrition they offer is stunning and so nutritious, reading the menu, I wish I could join them sometimes!

My son has been at N Family since January. I have been super impressed with the nursery so far. The care he has received has been brilliant. They visit the nearby nature reserve, are learning Spanish and also do cookery lessons! The facilities are excellent and the food offered is great. They also offer lots of extras - sleep training sessions, online phonics tutorials, Mother's Day breakfasts etc. I can't fault the place!

Our son has attended N Family Club since January. The level of care and friendliness from the whole N family team is wonderful. My son is always happy to be dropped off and is welcomed by the team with open arms ready for his day! The food choices are remarkable, the spaces are immaculate, the outdoor garden is so much fun for them. As parents we get regular updates including pictures every day which is great. All the staff are truly brilliant. Overall I am thrilled with the experience so far at N family and couldn't recommend it more.

As a mum, choosing the right nursery for my daughter was one of the most important and hard decisions I had to make, and I can confidently say that choosing N family was the best choice. From the very first day, the staff have been warm, caring, and incredibly supportive, making both my child and me feel at ease. My son absolutely loves N Family Club. He has progressed so much in the short time he has been there already. They have such a broad curriculum and different stations set out each day to support different learning objectives. They have some lovely sessions they provide on a daily basis such as Spanish, forest school, doodle dance and cooking. Also have great resources and the building is lovely being so new. The communications are great via the app, and get daily updates on activities. The staff are so lovely, supportive and provide a great learning environment. The food is very nutritious and menu is carefully crafted to be balanced and it's lovely to be able to pick up a coffee and croissant myself every day, a very nice touch! Would highly recommend it, we love it.

Our son has been going to this nursery for about a month and we can only say good things about it. All the staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The facilities are well designed and fit for purpose. The weekly menu is always interesting and there are plenty of different activities throughout the week to keep the children engaged. I would be happy to recommend N club to any parent or guardian.

All the staff are so lovely, welcoming and caring. My daughter's face lights up when she sees the team, even wanting to go and say hello to the lovely chef in the morning. The setting is very relaxed, with plenty of outdoor space and versatile resources.

The nursery property is a very nice environment and is well equipped, both the indoor and outdoor facilities. Staff are very personable and build good relationships with the children. We receive daily updates, including photos and commentary on activities carried out during the day which is great. The food menu is very varied with whole foods. Our son seems to enjoy it and eats well. The nursery also provides drinks and breakfast items for parents in the morning and puts on special events (e.g., Xmas lunch for parents and children, valentines treats). Overall very happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend it.

Since first walk through of the nursery, I have had a lovely experience. Everyone has made both me as a parent and my son attending feel extremely comfortable and I am so pleased he comes here. My second son is already booked in to join in a year's time.

Everyone has made us feel so welcome and helped our children settle into the new nursery quickly. Communication is great with lots of updates on how they're doing through the day and the menu is amazing.

N Family Club - Bishop's Stortford is a wonderful place for children to thrive it is well designed structurally and functionally. The welcome is heartwarming, the building is new and the staff our friendly and give regular feedback. The curriculum has been very well thought off. It covers so many developmental areas for children. It feels like a family indeed you can make a cup of coffee on site after dropping your children. staff no matter how busy they are they always have time to have a chat. The food on the menu is diverse and freshly made on site you can smell the aromas of breakfast at drop off and dinner at pick up. You're also given a welcome gift or pack when you arrive and it's just well and wonderfully made and thought of. If you're looking for a nursery don't look any further this is the right place for your child and yourself
