I have a huge passion for giving children the opportunity to learn outside too and this is part of the reason I chose the Stevenage setting, due to its beautiful huge garden, for our little ones to explore. I feel children need to feel safe, loved and secure to learn best, and we do this by having fun and engaging them in activities that will ignite their interests and encourage them to get involved. I also highly value my team, as feel you can have the most beautiful setting, but without a passionate, caring and highly qualified team, it will not be a great setting. We invest in lots of training for our team and make them feel valued so we retain the best staff long term. Read less
