Our son started the nursery in Apples class in the summer of 2024 and has been attending for 3 days a week.
He really enjoys attending nursery, and has made good friends. The staff are kind, attentive, and nurturing. We get regular updates of his progress in person and on the portal.
The
facilities are well maintained, clean and tidy. Our son enjoys playing in the outdoor area; it has a sand pit, lots of toys, a small vegetable patch area etc.
Our son enjoys the activities at nursery, the teachers make it interactive and interesting for the children. The nursery also will hold events for parents like a Mother's Day breakfast.
We are very happy with our experience at Kateys Brentford and would recommend it to other families.

Our children have been attending this nursery since March 2024, and it has truly become a second home for them. Over the past couple of years we've seen them grow so much, not only in what they've learned but also in their confidence, independence, and social skills.
The staff are incredibly caring,
patient, and loving, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about each child. As parents, it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our children are in such a warm and nurturing environment.
Communication with families is excellent, and the team does a wonderful job encouraging the children and celebrating their progress. The management team is also fantastic, approachable, and very supportive.
Most importantly, our kids are always happy and excited to go to nursery, which says everything. We're very grateful to the whole team for creating such a special, home-like environment for the children.

I am extremely happy with the care my child receives at the nursery. She absolutely loves attending and is always excited to go in each day. The staff are kind, patient, and nurturing, and they make her feel safe, supported, and valued. I have seen such a positive change in her confidence, social
skills, and learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my child is well cared for. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both of my children attend Katey's nursery and my eldest son has been there for just over 2 years now. My youngest has been there for 5 months and both of them absolutely love it there. Since day one we have felt supported by all members of staff. Everyone is just so friendly and kind, it's such a
relief when leaving them there, knowing they are being so cared for and learning while having fun.
The staff have always made time to speak to us about any concerns or issues such as sleep patterns or adjusting to new classrooms. Every day the staff open their arms to my children with big smiles and positive energy, and because of this, my children have no issues running in and they look forward to their days there.
Both of them have shown huge development progress since being there & come home with new words or interests which they have learnt. Having all updates on the app is really useful knowing how much sleep they got and seeing photos of the day. Couldn't be happier with them!

My son started since he was 12 months old. We have had a wonderful experience with the nursery. From the very beginning, the atmosphere has been warm, welcoming and nurturing, and the staff are all incredibly friendly, caring and attentive.
Our son absolutely loves coming to nursery every day!
We are so pleased with his development and progress, he loves exploring new activities, learning through play and enjoys the variety of engaging activities and lots of creativity. We've seen such lovely progress in his communication, independence and social skills. The encouragement of early learning is wonderful, and it's clear how much effort goes into supporting each child's development at their own pace. Our son eats so well at nursery, which says a lot!
There is a real sense of community between staff, children and parents, and we feel incredibly grateful to have such a supportive and loving place for our son.

We are firm supporters of Katey's House Brentford & happy to share its many positive attributes. Our child has been attending for 2.5 years now, moving through the rooms & always has the best time attending, which is clear to see by the way they greet their key workers in the morning and from the
picture updates, which really puts your mind at ease to know they are happy & safe. We especially love how the children spend time outside & are taken out around the local area to explore! There are well thought out activities to encourage & inspire & our child has built some lovely friendships with other children & staff alike.
We are extremely happy at Katey's House, it really is a home from home environment, the staff members are nurturing, kind & encouraging & communication is very good. We fully recommend this very special nursery & our child has thrived over the time spent here.

We honestly cannot thank the nursery staff enough for the incredible care and support they have given our daughter since she started in August. The progress she has made in such a short time has been absolutely amazing - especially in her speech, confidence, play skills, and general day-to-day
development.
Every member of staff has been nothing short of fantastic. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they have supported not only our daughter but us as parents too, keeping us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way.
It is such a comfort knowing she is in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where she is truly thriving. We are beyond grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for outstanding care and early education.
