Kids-Time

I am Charlotte - I am part of the Kids-Time family as the Director of Education.

My main aim is to enhance the offering for the children that attend every session at Kids-Time; as well as supporting the staff to grow and develop further to be confident and knowledgeable. I have been in Education for 15 years with roles in EYFS and Primary and have been fortunate to work in the UAE for the last 4 years where I grew to Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Assessment. I am passionate about Early Years and the learning that will ultimately underpin the lifelong learning of every child; my main goal for all children is that they have long lasting memories of experiences that change how they view themselves and the world for the better whilst developing the skills needed to be a successful learner. I am excited to work closely with the parents and staff to create and deliver an ambitious and creative curriculum."

Hi I am Jade kids-Time setting manager With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the early years sector, I have developed a deep commitment to supporting children in achieving the very best outcomes, regardless of their individual backgrounds or circumstances.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a genuine passion for early childhood development and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to flourish in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. As Nursery Manager, I am proud to lead a team of skilled and compassionate practitioners who share this vision and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and education.

I place great importance on building strong, respectful partnerships with families, recognising that effective communication and mutual trust are key to supporting each child’s learning journey. I am dedicated to ensuring that every family feels valued and supported, and that each child is given the foundation they need to thrive both now and in the future.
