Kids-Time

We have been so impressed with the care and attention our son has received at this nursery. The teachers are truly amazing-always happy, smiley and welcoming- which has made a huge difference in how our son feels about going to school. Unlike his previous nursery, where he often felt upset and didn't want to attend, here he looks forward to his mornings and enjoys being with his friends. We also noticed great progress in his English skills, which has boosted his confidence not only in speaking but also in interacting with other children and people. He is noticeable more confident within himself, which has been wonderful to see. The positive and nurturing environment has clearly helped him thrive. We're very grateful to the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience for our son. I highly recommend this nursery!

Kids-Time is a family member for my little one. She started nursery at Kids-Time when she was 2 years old. Then she joined there again for afterschool club since the primary school reception. Kids-Time provides the collection from the school and have a good relationship with her school. I have appreciated the service Kids-Time provides for the single mums like me. My daughter enjoys the food there and still remembers the trip Kids-Time arranged to the zoo and China Town. Staff are very kind and easy to talk. They sometimes organise the parents' coffee time which is very helpful.

Really lovely nursery with kind and caring staff who take a keen interest in my daughters education and welfare. They are always very forthcoming with information about what she has done during the day and how she is developing.

Everyone at the nursery is very kind and caring. Our little one seems to have a great time at the nursery and learn a lot. They're really good at providing updates on the food she's eaten, her activities throughout the day, and send really good photos at the end of the week.

Kids- Time has been a great place for our son to learn, get used to playing with other children his own age, and experience new places and develop skills.

The staff are always friendly, keep us up to date on the day's events and any unexpected occurrences via the app, and hand him back at the end of the day with a good verbal summary of what they've been doing.

They give him three meals during the 10-hour day with an excellent menu from the on-site chef and kitchen, there are a good range of indoor and outdoor facilities for different activities each day as well as trips out to local parks or museums, and they are always evaluating and upgrading their equipment and services as they go, currently a big refurbishment has just started!

There are very flexible options for what care is available for a good range of ages, for as many days as you want to pay for, including holiday time, and good integration with childcare funding schemes to split costs.

Each time we press the buzzer and walk in through the entrance door we are always greeted with a hello and a smile. And staff saying the child's name, no matter what their role is, each member of staff are very approachable even during their busiest times, to talk to about any solutions, or issues or even just a general chat on leaving. They have a team for Special Educational Needs, which has been excellent in all areas for my grandchild's learning development. Kids-Time have a brilliant App, Where we can read the weekly updates explaining the topics of all learning activities throughout each day. And photographs to back this up is great to see. We receive monthly updates of what is coming next. It's a great way to communicate directly with the nursery and vice versa (even before opening hours) EG; to inform them about a day off. Stay & Play is a fabulous way for all carers/parents to be involved, it's truly a wonderful place for my grandchild's start in Early Years!

The team are always very supportive and happy to help. I have full confidence in sending my son to them.

My Daughter has attended Kids Time since she was 10 months old. She initially struggled to adjust as she wasn't use to being away from me but every member of staff worked their magic to help her settle in and she has thrived ever since! She is now 3 and loves going to nursery everyday. As she has worked her way up through the rooms she has gained so many skills and achievements that wouldn't have been possible without the amazing team at Kids Time. We will both be very sad to leave everyone when she starts school next September but can't thank them enough for giving her the most amazing start to her education.

My son has attended kids time for a year now , such a lovely nursery, friendly and helpful staff, lots to do and play with, my son has learnt so much and continues to thrive in this nursery setting.

I was so worried sending my son to nursery at only 6 months but he absolutley loves it. His big smile when he sees all the staff makes me happy. Thanks to Kids Time for being so great, it is a loving and nurturing nursery and I am so glad we chose to send him here.

Great nursery very professional layout ! my daughter came to this nursery for 3 years and now my son comes to the nursery and has been for the last 6 month and will intend on him staying until he goes to school. All staff are friendly and professional nice welcome from reception upon entry. staff who currently care for my son in the baby room are very caring and conscientious, management are very involved and caring ! when I was pregnant and my daughter came to the nursery there was two occasions management was kind helping me sit down with my swollen ankles while my daughter graduated from the nursery to the lovely owner sitting down with me while i was heavily pregnant being caring and talking with me ! very happy with kids and all members of staff there lovely I was happy when daughter came and equally as happy while my son is there ! great work to the kids time team

Overall, Kids Time Nursery is a wonderful place for children to grow, learn, and thrive.

Built between my child and staff has been amazing to see.

The nursery is very well organised. They really thought every single detail through.

Would recommend to anyone, either for daycare or wraparound. It will be a sad day when my children get too big for Kids Time!

The staff provide very good SENCO support too.

My son has been going here since last September, he absolutely loves it. He has come on so much with his speaking. All the staff who work here are lovely. He always looks forward to walking to nursery.
