Fees are all-inclusive of nutritious meals, snacks, formula for infants, nappies, wipes and excursions throughout the year.
We’re open 51 weeks per year, excluding bank holidays and 3 team development days a year. All nurseries will close for one week between Christmas and New Year.

We receive regular updates during the day through the app which tells us everything from sleep times to meals to activities and is a great reassurance. The staff are extremely responsive and can't do enough to ensure our son has a full and wholesome learning and developmental experience. It lights up our day when we receive smiling, happy and joyous pictures of our son thriving and achieving at Kinderzimmer.

We really appreciate the information provided in the app, and the handovers at the end of the day. The staff always provide clear and helpful updates, ensuring we know how our child's day has been, what they've enjoyed, and anything we might need to know.
Our child sleeps and plays well and ends up eating more food (and a greater range) than at home!
The back office functions work smoothly and we've been able to adjust our nursery days easily and simply.

I am Leonie, the Head of Nursery here at kinderzimmer Amersham. I have over 10 years experience working within nurseries, spending my last few years within management while also supporting other local nurseries in their development. In 2020 I completed my BA in Early Childhood Studies. My own personal experience with education has helped shaped my own mindset and I truly believe the work we do in a child's early life has a significant impact on their later life opportunities.
I have a commitment to see our nursery embedded with the community. While doing this we not only widen the experiences of the children within the setting but create a nursery community whereby we as staff, parents and even children can support each other.

I have over 13 years experience in the early years sector and 3 years’ experience of being part of a management team. My two biggest achievements so far in my career are that my first Ofsted inspection as a deputy manager, received an outstanding grade. My second achievement was passing my Early Years Lead Practitioner Qualification (Level 5) which I was awarded a distinction in all areas.

I have worked in childcare for nearly 15 years, progressing from a Level 3 practitioner to room leader, third in charge, and acting deputy. About five years ago, I decided to step sideways into a different role to learn more about the behind-the-scenes and business aspects of nurseries, following my passion for customer service, organisation, and building relationships with parents and people.
Moving into the administrative side allowed me to deepen my knowledge of business management, which involves planning, organising, and controlling a business to achieve its goals - while still having the joy of being around the children, which I truly enjoy.
