Before deciding on Bright Starts Nursery, we viewed a number of Glasgow-based options. It was the friendly welcome and staff that originally attracted us to the nursery. In the past twelve months, there has been significant investment into the nursery - improving the facilities and; outdoor space with more resources now available for use. I would highly recommend this nursery, especially with their competitive pricing. The management is visible which I think is important and we have full confidence leaving our daughter here - she absolutely loves her days at Bright Starts. We receive regular updates via an app so can see what she is up to each day. They also have a chef who prepares healthy meals every day. If you are looking for a nursery - give this one a visit and you won't be disappointed. Exceptional value for money but above all, a friendly and warm environment for your little ones!

As management, we understand the importance of being visible in nursery playrooms as we are able to offer reassurance, guidance and support to all our valued team members, families and children. The app is a great way of communicating and building rapport with our families and we are lucky to have this facility in nursery. It is important that we cater to all children's individual needs through our menus and appreciate the time parents take to provide us with nutritional meal ideas for menu planning.

Hi, I’m Sam, the Nursery Manager, and I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing and high-quality environment where every child can thrive.
I am proud to lead a welcoming, family-centred nursery where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. I work closely with my team to ensure that all care and learning experiences are tailored to each child’s individual needs, interests and stage of development.
Our approach is child-centred and guided by Realising the Ambition and the Care Inspectorate Quality Framework. We support children through meaningful play, strong relationships and engaging environments, both indoors and outdoors.
As a manager, I am committed to:
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families and staff• Continuously improving our nursery through reflection and feedback
We provide a balance of structured and child-led experiences, including outdoor play, creative opportunities, early literacy and numeracy, and social development through group activities.
