N Family Club - Leytonstone

The first couple of weeks were reassuring as our son transitioned well. The staff were very helpful and our son warmed up to a staff member in particular really well. I particularly appreciate the daily updates with images and videos. And seeing how much he's eaten for every meal and how long he's slept for. staff really easy to talk to.

Nothing negative to point out, the staff and facilities are great. Everyone is involved and committed to being the best. Definitely recommend.

Definitely a strong recommendation to check out N family. It does come in at the pricey end for child care but you do get what you pay for.

We are so pleased with N Family Leytonstone, the nursery is beautiful and so spacious. The staff here are incredibly caring, we really feel our daughter is in great hands when we leave her. They are super attentive to each kid's needs and keep us in the loop throughout the day. It was a real teamwork between us and them to get our daughter settled, we are particularly pleased with how patient and loving the educators are, with all the children. We've seen them cuddle upset babies as long as they needed to be. Nap time was very important to us and they worked with us to make sure our daughter managed to nap at nursery allowing her to have her white noise machine and following any tip we had to help her settle. The food is prepared by a chef and super healthy. Overall 10/10.

Our son now loves his time at the nursery, feeling like he's part of a big, loving family. He's made his first friends and he looking forward to going every day. We are grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had not only on our son's early development but also on us as a family. Being able to focus on our careers, knowing that our son is in safe hands, learning, and growing in a nurturing environment, is one of the best feeling as a parent.

The food and facilities are excellent. Everything feels clean and considered. There's a natural brightness to the environment which feels very positive for all. Even though he has a dedicated key person (who he is very fond of) the whole team feel like they are part of his journey (and ours).

Our toddler joined N Family Club - Leytonstone about 1 month ago. We are delighted with the nursery so far - really attentive, kind and focused staff, interesting activities each day scheduled for the children. The building has been completely refurbished with a bright, airy, modern feel and each of the three rooms flows into a garden, which has lots for them to try out and play - sandpits, climbing frames, mud kitchen, even some planting. The other parents and children seem great too. And the food is outstanding.

We are as a family excited to observe the N Family team at Leyton being kind and helpful to our son's settling and further development.

My son has recently joined the N Family and, like any parent, I was extremely anxious about the process. I must say it has been a seamless process from the very beginning. Communication is outstanding and the nursery has been very accommodating with all our family needs. The overall feel of the nursery is extremely welcoming and brilliantly set up with outstanding cleanliness. Our settling week couldn’t have gone any better, the staff is meticulous with their approach to my son and are clearly very well trained. I am excited about this new chapter with N Family Club Leyton and feel extreme delight in knowing my son is safe and well looked after!
