On the other hand, I would appreciate greater visibility of the fee structure. I was not given a fee sheet until only a few weeks ago and there is no explanation of the fee structure as there are quite a few options on there. I would also appreciate knowing how much I'll pay once the 15 hours and 30 hours begin.
An automated billing system rather than a manual payment would also be helpful.

We sincerely apologise about the fee structure and will take on board your views, thank you for sharing them with us. We provide detailed invoices through the app but are always happy to go through these in more detail if parents would like us to.
We moved our 3-year-old son to RAFA Kidz at the end of February 2024 after him being at another nursery for the last two years. We have had nothing but a fantastic experience with him settling in and the overall staff in general. The staff are far more experienced, patient and attentive to our son than his last nursery. He has settled in well and is enjoying his time there. The cleanliness of RAFA Kidz is far superior to his old setting. He comes home much cleaner than his old nursery and the nursery, in general, is very clean. The communication on a personal level is much more professional and informative. Our son seems to have more engagement from the staff in the preschool room than he had at his last nursery and the overall feel of the preschool is calm and welcoming. We are so happy that we moved our son due to circumstances and stumbled upon this hidden gem. Thank you to all the staff at RAFA Kidz for helping him transition to a happy, safe and friendly environment.
The nursery is lovely, with excellent staff. The children have a lot of fun and participate in educational activities that help them develop their skills and confidence. My daughter really enjoys it.
A lovely setting and a very happy child. A great approach to caring for our little one and she is very happy there, as are we with her being there. Good value with a close-knit family-based approach, we couldn’t be happier.
The staff are amazing and always take the time to talk us through his day (which is normally filled with a variety of activities as well as a fantastic selection of food).
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

I’m the nursery manager at RAFA Kidz Abbey Wood.
I’ve been in this role for around five years, beginning as a nursery nurse and working with children aged three months to eight years. During my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various cities and learn from different nurseries, but I really enjoy my role here at RAFA Kidz. It’s a remarkable and inspiring setting, complemented by excellent facilities such as our outdoor areas and play spaces. We have a fantastic team, and our families and children contribute greatly to our nurturing environment. I believe we’ve established strong connections within our nursery community, which benefits everyone involved.
