N Family Club - Greenwich

Our son has been at N Family since this branch opened and we've had a really positive experience. The transition was smooth, the staff are communicative, experienced and very attentive. The kids feel at home right away. The curriculum is also great, our son's language and confidence have exploded. We love the focus on different types of activities they get every week, forest school and Spanish. The teachers are all friendly, warm and respectful and that respect is passed down to the kids which is fantastic.

This is THE best nursery you can think of. Flexible to accommodate your and your child's needs, they offer support from the first day in the nursery, they REALLY listen to you and your child. My baby LOVES being there and I really worried she would never adapt. I honestly like coming to the nursery even to have a coffee and chat with the staff (and the best front of house manager ever!). I think I have seen over 30 nurseries. There was no place that comes close to this nursery. Development-wise, activities, toys, space, staff - this is honestly such a difference in our life. Thank you N Nursery Greenwich, you made a second home for our baby.

What a fantastic nursery in our local community! As new parents we were very anxious about our little girl joining a nursery but the friendly staff and the care of the entire N Family made the whole transition a positive experience. The facilities are all fantastic providing the right number of children per room. They provide great education focused to each child's needs. The communication of the team to the parents, the regular updates and snapshots and pictures of the little one provide a great comfort to us and we really enjoy it. The food is freshly prepared, and the chef offers a great variety. The outdoor space and activities are also fantastic. I would highly recommend it - they do have a family mentality and we are very pleased to be part of it.

My son started at N Family Club Greenwich in July 2024 in the toddler room. At first I was a bit anxious about how he would adjust in the nursery. I was amazed how well the staff ensured that my son is happy. Also they sensed my anxiousness and reassured me that my son is doing ok. He was not speaking much at the time of joining but in a couple of weeks his key person put together a plan for him and a month later, my son is progressing towards being a confident speaker. Highly recommend the nursery. The only thing is that they do forest school once a week but since my son loves going out I would have preferred if they do more forest school sessions but I understand the limitations as well. Overall, the n extra are amazing which are extracurricular activities which our children enjoy. Love the nursery.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Club. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children. Our little one has thrived here, making new friends, and learning so much every day. The facilities are top-notch, and the activities are both fun and educational.

Our son has come on leaps and bounds since starting with N Family Club Greenwich, the team have worked tirelessly to help meet his and our needs since starting - we're incredibly happy with the level of care he's been given and the extra time and attention during a difficult settling period. The room manager, his key people and the rest of the team in 'The Castle' are all lovely, passionate and caring. I cannot praise the headteacher highly enough, she is fantastic and upholds incredibly high standards for our child's care. All the team are great, amongst the others we interact with at drop-offs and pickups. We're so happy he gets to have a great time playing, learning and building connections. At times it seems like the attention he gets there is like he's the only child in the room, despite there being many others that the team are focused on. Would recommend it to all!

My son attended a previous nursery so when we decided to move him, we were naturally anxious. But the team are so knowledgable and welcoming. I've seen such a positive change in my son's development since being at N Family. They're nurturing, attentive and easy to discuss things with. We get great feedback every day both at pick-up and via the app. It's the best decision we've made for our son and he loves it there.

The nursery has shown incredible care and thoughtfulness to our daughter. She absolutely loves all the activities, from yoga and doodle dance to learning Spanish and exploring nature. Also, celebrating our culture's events is very special and we are happy she gets to spend these with her new friends. The educators' dedication and creativity have made our daughter's time at the nursery truly amazing, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

We couldn't be happier with N Family Club. Initially, our 14-month-old daughter had a tough time adjusting, often crying and finding it hard to be without us. However, the staff were incredibly supportive, and we quickly felt we could rely on them. The nursery's mobile app gave us peace of mind by keeping us updated on her activities and meals. After a couple of weeks, she now loves attending. The new facilities and equipment are excellent. Highly recommend N Family Club to any parents.

Just transferred from another nursery. Was initially worried as my son took a long time to settle but now that he's over 2, he settled easily within 3 sessions. He's so happy and it's great to see the range of activities that he gets up to during the day thanks to the N family app. Many child led activities to enable independent learning and very nutritious and adventurous food.

Great nursery. The staff are friendly and very well prepared to look after babies and toddlers. I have been impressed with the range of skills the staff have, from sign language to yoga classes and languages in between. The food is fantastic. My daughter loves going. Highly recommend it.
