My son started at this nursery when he was 11 months old and attended till he was 2years 8months only leaving as we are moving house. During that time he has developed from a baby into an intelligent little boy. This is largely due to the talented and kind staff which have a genuine care and love towards the children. My son always enjoys going to nursery as there are always so many activities which are fun and educational. It will be so sad for Alex to leave but the memories and love of the staff will stay with him as he continues through life.

This place has been really great for our son. In very short time staff helped our son to adjust and he was very eager to go to nursery. I would high recommend this place for any child as a parent. Staff are very helpful and engaging with the children. Always welcoming and cooperating.

Excellent staff. Extremely helpful and brilliant at easing my anxiety when leaving my daughter. The manager is extremely approachable and so helpful with any questions or concerns. Cannot sing praises enough for one of the staff in the baby room. All the staff just go above and beyond.

Our child has been attending Smiley Stars Nursery in Pollokshaws for the past 4 months, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in every child's development. We've seen a noticeable difference in our little one's learning, confidence, and social skills. The team makes sure to engage each child in meaningful activities and learning experiences tailored to their needs and interests. They regularly share updates, observations, and lovely photos that let us see just how much our child is enjoying and benefiting from their time there. A big thank you to everyone at Smiley Stars Pollokshaws for creating such a nurturing, fun, and educational environment. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery!

Amazing staff that really make us confident that our son is getting great care and educational experiences. They take time to talk each morning and evening to discuss our son's progress. Good facilities including outdoor space, and evidence of ongoing investment in improvements

I can't thank this nursery enough. We have a daughter who needs specific precautions when she attends. The staff at the nursery were very receptacle to our situation. They have great facilities and we can really see our daughter grow with confidence since she has attended.

Have been very impressed with Smiley Stars Pollockshaws. We are moving house so sadly having to move nurseries and our little one has been in the caterpillar room for just under a year. Staff are always enthusiastic, reliable and helpful. They seem to do some imaginative games and take advantage of the parks nearby and go out on wee trips at least once a week. There have also been some improvements to the nursery with a new play area outside and other areas. Would strongly recommend this nursery to others.

Best in the area and the staff are very good. My wee one was very happy all the time when he was there. They strive to do everything that is possible to keep children happy. Very satisfied with their service. The facility is very well placed, off from a busy road.

The team at Smiley Stars have made settling my little one such a nice experience. They have taken their time with her, adapted to her needs and ensured she was happy and supported. She enjoys going in and comes home with new skills which is so lovely to see. The team keep us updated with activities they get up to during the day and having the ability to check in on the app for naps/food eaten is really reassuring. Such a good nursery and pleased we picked this one for our little one to grow and learn.

I appreciate the warm welcome every time I enter the nursery; it creates a positive atmosphere. The variety of daily activities is fantastic, fostering a sense of togetherness among the children. It's a significant improvement from my daughter's previous nursery, which lacked such engagement. The consistent communication and information updates are reassuring. However, during a recent bathroom visit, I noticed mould on the sink and taps, which raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall experience.
