My early years journey has been built on heart, dedication, and the belief that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and incredible teams, always with one goal in mind: to create spaces where everyone can truly thrive. Having made my home in Farnham, community means a great deal to me, and I believe a nursery should be an extension of that, a place where families feel supported, children are celebrated, and staff feel proud, valued, and inspired to do what they love every day. For me, nursery life isn’t just a career; it’s a calling. I lead with warmth, integrity, and high expectations, championing a culture where teamwork, trust, and passion shine through every interaction, because when staff feel supported and children feel secure, that’s when the magic truly happens.

I work closely with the children while supporting our fantastic team of practitioners. I enjoy mentoring staff, offering guidance throughout the day, and helping to create a positive and supportive environment where both children and colleagues can flourish.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is building strong relationships with both our children and our team. Watching children grow in confidence while supporting colleagues in their own professional development makes every day fulfilling, and I’m proud to be part of the Toddletown family.

What I love most about Toddletown is that it genuinely feels like family. I’ve built wonderful relationships with the team, the children, and their families, and it is a privilege to be part of each child’s journey as they grow and develop.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from our management team. Harrison and Jess have played a huge part in helping me build my confidence and continue developing as a leader. Toddletown has given me so many opportunities, and I’m proud to be part of such a caring, supportive, and dedicated team.

I joined Toddletown as Supervisor of Buttercup Close, our younger baby room. I love working with babies because of the special relationships you build with both the children and their families. It’s a privilege to support them through so many important milestones during their earliest years.

From my very first day, I was made to feel welcome by the whole team. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive, making Toddletown a wonderful place to work and grow professionally.

Joining Toddletown was an easy decision because it gave me the opportunity to continue working with Harrison. I really value his leadership style and the way he supports the team with trust, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to both the children and the staff. It creates a positive environment where everyone feels empowered to grow and succeed.
