My child has been at Fennies Ealing since she was 3 months old. As she approaches her 2nd birthday we are really happy with our choice. There have been tears from parents and child but the staff have been great at dealing with issues and concerns. As a teacher I value their observations and structure that they build in from an early age. I love the updates and activities they hold regularly to encourage parental engagement. Thankyou Fennies

Our daughter has been at Fennies since the beginning of this year and we have been very pleased with our experience. The staff are helpful, friendly, and great at updating us throughout the day with how our daughter is getting on. Our daughter has developed lovely bonds with her key workers and the other children too! We feel so comfortable leaving our daughter in the loving care of the team every day.

I couldn't be happier with our experience at Fennies Ealing both as a staff member and my daughter attending fennies also . All staff are super lovely and welcoming. The team creates a warm and approachable environment, not only for the children, but with the parents too. Each day is packed full of engaging activities for the children with specific tasks and themes . I love receiving the daily round up with photos at the end of the day - the communication is great and we always feel in the loop. We honestly couldn't recommend Fennies Ealing enough and we're so glad we've chosen it for our daughter! Management are very supportive and understanding

Avoid this nursery. Our experience with Fennies was extremely stressful and upsetting for both us and our baby. From the start, everything was disorganised. We were first placed in one room, then suddenly moved to another with no proper discussion. Staff gave contradictory information, even about who our baby's key person was. The person supposedly assigned was absent for half the settling days and admitted she didn't know what our child had done, as she wasn't in the room. There was no consistency in their approach and communication was very poor, leaving us with no confidence in their ability to manage such an important stage. Their "Inadequate" Ofsted rating sadly reflects reality. We withdrew after settling in, but despite raising concerns promptly, they delayed responding until after deleting our child's profile from their app. We lost money, but more importantly, our baby was left unsettled and fearful of nurseries due to the lack of care, organisation and professionalism.

Our daughter has been going to Fennies Ealing for two years and we couldn't be happier. She has developed so well and has formed great bonds with her class and teachers. They have handled transitions through the age groups really well. The nursery have been great at keeping us up to date with her days at Fennies via the app and organise regular stay and plays and other events so we can share the experience. All the staff are so happy and positive and both ourselves and our daughter really look forward to going in as it's such a welcoming environment. Cant recommend this nursery enough.

I would like to show my gratitude to the Nursery Practitioner. She always went the extra mile, making sure my son was well looked after. Communication was great, and letting us know his strengths and weaknesses. The bond they had was beautiful to see, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else as a key person

Our daughter has been attending Fennies Ealing for the past four months, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very first day, the team has made us feel completely at ease with their welcoming, professional, and nurturing approach. My daughter settled in quickly and always comes home smiling. We've seen such amazing growth in her confidence, communication, and independence in such a short time. The nursery itself is clean, bright, and beautifully set up with engaging, age-appropriate activities. We also appreciate the regular updates and photos we receive, which really help us stay connected with her day. Fennies Ealing has exceeded our expectations, and we feel so lucky to have found such a supportive environment for our daughter to grow, learn, and thrive. Highly recommended to any parent looking for outstanding childcare.

Great nursery, our daughter loves attending. Her key person, especially, is the sweetest lady, and our baby became super comfortable with her and the other staff very early on. She started with Fennies at 6 months old and never had any issues settling. Within a few days, she was already taking naps. Over time, she's been encouraged to hit milestones such as crawling and standing. We are overall very happy with Fennies and look forward to the next few years with them.

I'm so happy and relieved to have found Fennies Nursery in Ealing! I was so nervous leaving my child for the first time, but the staff were so sensitive and accommodating in settling her in and have made us feel totally at ease. Every day my daughter comes home in the most joyous and happy mood. She is thriving in the Discoverers room. I am watching her make leaps and bounds in her development and love keeping updated with her milestones via their helpful app. The team work so hard and are filled with such kindness and empathy towards all the children and their individual needs. The facilities are top tier being clean, calming and spacious. Fennies Ealing have been such a blessing to us!!! Thank you all x

We our recommend Fennies highly! Our 2 year old daughter loves going to nursery, she started in the baby room, around 11months. The staff are very warm, caring and fun. They set up various activities throughout the day for the children and they have a lovely garden. Our daughter talks about her friends, has a good nap there and eats well.

Fennies is a great nursery. Since sending our child there, we have seen him grow and develop a lot. The staff are extremely helpful and have a true passion for childhood development and the passion that they have for the children shows, and the enjoyment that my son has going there is great as it allows me to know that he is in the best of hands while we are out at work.

This nursery is above 5 stars reviews the staff at this nursery is exceptional with attention to care for your child and always going above and beyond to support the child and family. The staff are so friendly and the establishment is so clean and so well planned out that the kids have so much fun with all the activities and the also cater to parents inviting us to all taking part activities with our child. I am truly so grateful to all the staff or this nursery and so thankful to be apart of the Ealing Fennies family

We couldn't be happier with Fennies. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this was a special place. The staff are incredibly nurturing, kind, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. They've created a warm, playful and welcoming environment. What really stands out is the level of care and attention to detail. The team goes above and beyond, making thoughtful observations about my daughter's health, emotional development, and overall wellbeing. They don't just look after the children. They truly care of them, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind. Both the staff in the rooms and the management are amazing. Communication is seamless, and they're always happy to answer questions or share updates. You can feel the passion and dedication in everything they do. I no longer live that close to Fennies but I wouldn't dream of moving my daughter somewhere else. Highly recommended nursery.

My son has been at Fennies Ealing for almost 1 year now and we all love it. The spaces are clean, well illuminated and open. The staff is lovely and caring, they all have great communication and send daily updates and photos. They build great relationships with the children. The activities are varied, creative and support development stages and bonding between children. The nursery is really well organised and the manager communicates promptly with parents and carers. The menu is varied and they use sugar rarely prioritising fruit, vegetables and healthy ingredients. We feel really lucky to have found them!

Fennies Nursery Ealing was the best choice for my child, he has definitely opened up, is more social, and loves all the warm staff members because they are always welcoming. He is always happy to go to nursery and enjoys lots of engaging and knowledgeable activities. It’s lovely to get daily updates of his routine and photos. Fennies Nursery Ealing has been a blessing and all the staff are great. I particularly want to thank my son’s keyworker who has gone over and beyond to support his learning and understanding. Thank you to two members of staff in particular for all your professionalism and empathy towards my son.
