The app is good, you can see at a glimpse how the day has been and what might need attention later. Nutrition is also taken care of with home cooked meals. There's an outside space with good air.

My son joined Banana Moon Day Nursery in April 2024 and has settled in so nicely to this warm and happy setting with the help of all the staff there. They go above and beyond to make my little boy feel safe and secure. The communication is great as I am updated throughout the day with his activities and pictures and a staff member will promptly respond to any query I have. My son loves the activities on offer, they are developmentally appropriate and engaging and he has learned so much through them already. He is always happy when I pick him up. Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

My daughter joined Banana Moon in January 2024, in March she turned 2 and transitioned into her class above. I was blown away by how smooth the transition was. My little girl was apprehensive at first but as soon as she enters her class she is immediately at ease as the staff are so attentive. We have regular updates throughout her day, she is always handed back to us clean, happy and well-fed. My daughter attends Banana Moon two days a week but throughout the week she will talk about all staff and clearly has bonded brilliantly with the entire team. As a family we looked at many nurseries as there are a lot in our area, instantly we knew Banana Moon would be the perfect environment for our little girl. She is a bright girl but she has thrived since attending Banana Moon.

Banana Moon Day Nursery is a lovely nursery, everyone is so nice, welcoming and friendly. Our little boy absolutely loves Banana Moon, I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and really go above and beyond. The nursery itself is big, bright and has a lovely garden! Meals are always nutritious and we always get regular updates throughout the day. Our son was at another nursery for over a year and I can honestly say that we’re so glad we found Banana Moon and made the switch, he goes in and out every day with a smile on his face, excited for his day, which is something we struggled with before. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Banana Moon since our son started last month. The settling-in process was smooth and tailored to the individual and subsequently our son has settled in quickly with no issues. Since then he’s loved his nursery days. We are kept regularly updated with information and photos which we love. There are a range of activities on offer both indoor and outdoor. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to others.

I looked at 4 nurseries within Tunbridge Wells for my little girl. Banana Moon was my last look around before I gave up. I was sold right away. The nursery manager is wonderful, she is professional, down-to-earth and fun. It’s clear the children all love her. My 1 year old settled immediately as the staff were all so attentive. They introduce her to great activities and have her enjoy every meal. She is handed back to me clean, happy, chatty and excited to show me new things she has learnt. I honestly couldn’t be happier!

Leanne is our Nursery Manager and holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. She is a highly valued member of our team and plays a key part in creating a positive and nurturing environment for everyone.
In her role as Nursery Manager, Leanne oversees the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, children, and families to ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Her friendly and approachable nature helps build strong relationships with families, while her leadership supports and inspires the team.
Leanne is passionate about providing high-quality care and education, guiding the team to deliver engaging learning experiences. She is committed to maintaining high standards across the nursery and is always looking for ways to improve and enhance the experience for children and families.
Kind, organised, and dedicated, Leanne is a trusted leader who ensures the nursery is a happy, safe, and inspiring place for children to grow and develop.
Lisa is our Deputy Manager and Wellbeing Champion, with over 15 years of experience in early years and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. She is a much-loved and valued member of our team.
In her role as Deputy Manager, Lisa supports the day-to-day running of the nursery and works closely with children, families, and staff to help create a warm, safe, and happy environment where children can thrive. Her calm and friendly nature helps children feel settled and confident, and she is always on hand to support both families and the team.
As our Wellbeing Champion, Lisa is passionate about supporting emotional wellbeing across the nursery. From checking in with staff to supporting children’s emotional development and creating a positive atmosphere, Lisa always goes the extra mile.
Kind, approachable, and dedicated, Lisa is a reassuring presence for families and a fantastic role model for our team.
Amy has over 19 years of experience in the early years sector and over 11 years of management experience. She holds the Early Years Teacher Status and a BA Honours Early Childhood Studies Degree at Level 6. Amy also holds Level 2 & 3 qualifications in early years education, as well as many other vital courses and training, i.e.
Pediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding. She has a passion for working with children and has done so since a very young age. She thrives on leading a team to create a high-quality and outstanding learning environment for children to flourish.
