With 16 years of experience in childcare, including five years in management, Ellemae is a highly skilled and dedicated leader in early years education. She holds Level 2 & 3 qualifications in childcare and has a deep commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for children to learn and grow.
As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Ellemae ensures the highest standards of child protection and welfare, providing staff with guidance and training on safeguarding policies and procedures. She is also trained in food hygiene, maintaining excellent health and safety standards across the setting.
In her role as Supporting SENCO, Ellemae collaborates closely with the SENCO and wider team to ensure children with additional needs receive the support they require. She works effectively with families and external professionals to create inclusive learning opportunities tailored to each child.
Passionate about early education, Ellemae leads her team with warmth, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care and learning experiences for every child in the setting.
With a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and over 7 years of hands-on experience, Annabelle is a highly valued and inspiring member of our leadership team.
As Deputy Manager, Annabelle plays a vital role in the daily running of the nursery. She works closely with staff, children, and families to ensure our setting is safe, stimulating, and filled with opportunities for learning and growth. Her deep understanding of child development, combined with her calm and supportive nature, helps create an environment where every child feels secure, confident, and ready to thrive.
In addition to her management role, Annabelle is also our dedicated Wellbeing Champion. She leads initiatives that promote mental health and emotional wellbeing across the nursery – not just for the children in our care, but for the team too. Whether it’s a listening ear, a gentle check-in, or planning activities that support mindfulness and emotional literacy, Annabelle is always thinking about how to create a kind, nurturing space for everyone.
Annabelle is passionate about building strong relationships and empowering children to become curious, independent learners. Her warm personality, experience, and commitment to high-quality care make her a trusted figure for families and a guiding light for her team.
Amy has over 18 years of experience in the early years sector and over 10 years of management experience. She holds the Early Years Teacher Status and a BA Honours Early Childhood Studies Degree at Level 6. Amy also holds Level 2 & 3 qualifications in early years education as well as many other vital courses and training i.e.
Pediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding. She has a passion for working with children and has done so since a very young age. She thrives on leading a team to create a high-quality and outstanding learning environment for children to flourish.
