The SHC Holywood setting is the best childcare facility my children have attended. The staff are kind, attentive and so consistent, the environment is so incredibly welcoming and they hold knowledge of each child and family who attends- you'll never drop off without a hello from any staff who encounter
you. I feel confident leaving my child knowing that he will be cared for so dearly by amazing early educators who genuinely place such an intentional effort into the learning environment he enters everyday. We appreciate our sleepy hollow family and the amazing setting they have created. Their staff are such a credit to them.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the past 4 months, and the growth in her confidence and social skills has been amazing. She went from crying at drop-off to walking in happily, excited to see her teachers. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely seem to love the children. I love the
teaching style - it's engaging, nurturing, and thoughtful. The kids enjoy regular outdoor play and are always involved in meaningful activities that support their development. Communication with the manager is friendly and easy, and any issues have been resolved quickly and with real understanding. It's never an issue for me to check in or ask for updates during the day. I couldn't be happier with the progress my daughter has made.

My child started at Sleepy Hollow around 4 months old. As a first time parent this was quite a daunting prospect, it was my child's first experience of daycare too. However, the staff have been utterly amazing. Communication during the day is fantastic, particularly so during the settling in phase -
the use of the app really helps track naps, food and developmental milestones. My daughter has developed significantly during her time there & I've no doubt that the staff and learning environment has played a major part in this, allowing her to explore and interact on her own terms. It's clear that everyone, children and staff, have a lot of fun at Sleepy Hollow, the children are well taken care of and have plenty of activities during the day. I cannot praise everyone at Sleepy Hollow enough!

Amazing. Toddler never liked nursery or other settings but enjoys Sleepy Hollow a lot. No issues with drop-off or collection (no tears).
Staff are great with the children, always new and fun things for the children to do. Very clean and tidy.

Our experience at Sleepy Hollow has been exceptional. The staff are fantastic with my child and really helped him to settle in. We love the communication throughout the day via the app and find this really useful for tracking sleep and food. Our child has so much fun with all of the activities planned
and loves all of the staff. We have seen the benefits of our child being in Sleepy Hollow Nursery, with socialising, trying new foods, and becoming more confident.

I now have my second boy at Sleepy Hollow Holywood and he loves it! We are so impressed by the activities and personal development the staff provide here. The children have lots of outdoor time and all the staff are friendly, bubbly, caring and attentive. I love the personal touches included in all

My daughter started the Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Holywood in September this was her first of experience of a school setting and a childcare setting outside of family. She has loved every minute of it and the staff have been wonderful at making her feel safe and happy. I would highly recommend

The staff were equally attentive and caring to us and our children whenever we had just joined, we appreciated this at the time of uncertainty about our own choices about spending time away from the children.
The clearest testament to the commitment of the staff is the clear sense of joy and pleasure
that you take in your accompanying the children each day. This is a great source of reassurance and is evident in the enthusiasm with which the children arrive in the morning and in their impatience to describe what they have been doing with you.
As educators, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Values, especially the commitment to creating a lovable school where children experience the dignity and respect that flows from the commitment to treating them as active little protagonists in their own development.

My daughter has attended since she was a baby. She is now 4 years old and she is happy to go everyday. The staff are so friendly and caring and my daughter has made great friends. We will be sad when she has to leave to go to primary school. I am so happy that Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Holywood
try to reduce childcare costs and promote ways to help save parents money.
The nursery school in Holywood has an excellent teacher who has many years of experience. Everyday they learn new skills and try out new crafts. Our daughter couldn't be happier.

Brilliant staff. My child just loves going in and playing and it's improved his speech so much. He actually gets upset when we have to leave. When we first started dropping him off he was so upset and now he just loves it.

My son was not confident socially before starting with Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Holywood. The centre gives him such security and patience with his emotions and development. He is happy in the surrounding and now chats about nursery in such a positive way. All the staff are friendly and welcoming
and the children and well cared for.

Our daughter settled into nursery with no problems from being 6 months old. The staff welcomed us with open arms. We've never had any problems with them, had some fabulous days where we're been invited in to share activities.
Our daughter loves going to nursery and some days we have to chase her to
bring her home.
There's no where else I'd want her to go.
It makes wanting to be a working mum so much easier and takes away the guilt when I know she's having fun.

Staff are very professional and friendly. My son as made alot of friends and always happy when going in and leaving nursery. There is always alot for him to do and we the parents are always kept updated with his progress.

The staff really take a true interest in the children constantly updating on new and exciting events in your little one's lives. We always receive a detailed outline of what each day has consisted of and are never left wondering what they are up to.

We could not be happier with the care our daughter receives here. She is so excited to go every day even though she was such a velcro baby! The staff are kind and warm and genuinely care about the children. The environment is perfect too, they can safely play in the garden or go on walks. We're so happy

My daughter attended the setting of the eager and able programme from Sept 23 - June 24 and the nursery team, especially the manager was absolutely amazing helping us get the ball rolling for an assessment regarding our daughter's special educational needs. I'm full of praise for how quickly we got
through the process and how helpful the team were. My son now attends and is so happy there and has settled so well in fact that he loves going and hates leaving! Staff always ask after my daughter too now she's in a sen placement and show interest in how she's doing. The new manager has been excellent and was very helpful with the paperwork I needed for my daughter's transfer. Very welcoming environment and great value for the eager and able programme.

I honestly could not be more grateful to the staff at Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Holywood or the Sleepy Hollow management at the head office! We had to move childcare setting for my son and daughter who were happy enough in the previous place. I was nervous about the move and about them settling
in and liking it. Turns out there was absolutely nothing to be worried about and Sleepy Hollow Holywood has exceeded both ours and our two children's expectations in every single category. They have gone above and beyond in every way to help us all settle in, to help us practically with all the different pick-ups and logistics and just generally make us feel 100% comfortable in our choice of new childcare setting. We have absolutely no doubt it is the best place for both our children. We know they are getting so much out of it and also love it. Both my daughter in the brilliant eager and able-to-learn program and my son in the preschool room after his morning at a local Kindergarten-so grateful!
