I am very happy with my daughter's preschool. She is much more confident now and truly enjoys going to nursery. I love seeing how comfortably she talks with her teachers and plays with her friends. The supportive and caring environment has made a big difference in her confidence and happiness. I
would highly recommend to others parents.

My child has just moved from 0-1 to the 2-3 room at sleepy hollow Hollywood and this was a very easy transition as the staff prepared her very well and made her feel very welcome. She has settled in very well so far and all of the staff have helped with this. Everyone is friendly and very caring.
The staff clearly enjoy their work and always try to accommodate every need. The activities are fun, educational and age appropriate. I feel reassured my child is well looked after by all staff.

Phoenix settled so quick into the toddler room, he absolutely loves just pottering around. The setting is perfect as he is very curious and the natural play environment and the approach the staff take is perfect to allow him to grow. Thank you

My daughter has been going to daycare for a month and seems to be really well taken care of. We get regular updates via the app so we know when she's slept and for how long, what she's eaten and how much, when she had her nappy changed etc. The staff are great at sending through photos most days
along with an update on what she's been up to. Her meals are well balanced and she gets a great variety of food.
Overall, I'm very happy so far.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing women who look after my son. Their Reggio Emilia-inspired, curiosity-led ethos truly shines through in everything they do. They prioritise hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, and real-world experiences, and it's incredible to
see how thoughtfully they nurture each child's interests and confidence.
What stands out most is how genuinely they care. My son is so happy and settled there, and it gives me complete peace of mind knowing he is in such warm, attentive hands. When he has been off sick, they've even taken the time to message and check in on how he's doing - a small gesture that speaks volumes about their kindness and dedication.
They go far beyond simply providing childcare, they create a supportive, enriching environment where children feel valued, curious, and excited to learn. We are so grateful to have found such a special place and such an exceptional team!

I have 2 children attending sleepy hollow and will be sending my 3rd and don't imagine having them anywhere else, after having experienced a few others. The kids and me and my husband are very happy with them attending there. The staff are lovely, the outdoor space is incredible- the girls put in a
huge amount of effort to amplify the space last summer. And the indoor space is brilliant. I love the Reggio Emilia ethos and feel all the staff are doing a fantastic job and deserve all the credit! Thank you Sleepy Hollow Holywood team!

The staff at the Holywood Sleepy Hollow are first class. Every member of staff says hello by name to every child as they enter which is very welcoming. Rebekah in the beginning didn't want to stay and like most 3/4 year olds play up. Now she shows more signs of confidence and just goes into class no
problem. She comes home tired but full of words of wisdom. She never tells us what she's been doing but daily sings new songs that she's learnt and before we know it, we're singing along too. Rebekah has become more inquisitive, asking lots of questions which shows she's obviously learning and enjoying.

Our daughter is 3.5 & has been attending SH for the past 1.5 years. She really loves SH and we cannot speak highly enough of the staff.
Before enrolling, we toured several nurseries closer to our home, but we chose SH because of the calm atmosphere & the clear sense of purpose and structure in
how the children are engaged through the Reggio Emilia approach.
At SH, our daughter has made her first friends, she knows all the staff, & truly feels at home. She's often too busy having fun to want to leave! SH has helped to give her a sense of purpose, stability and independence.
SH also makes an effort to engage with parents through the Famly app, stay-and-play sessions, & weekly reading books sent home. We also have a great relationship with the management there.
SH is a nurturing, supportive environment, & we would whole-heartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a home-from-home for their child.

Cannot recommend enough! Sleepy Hollow give an exceptional level of care, understanding and commitment. My child has additional needs, and the team took the time to truly understand him as an individual, adapting their approach to support his needs rather than expecting him to fit a standard
routine.
What stood out most was how proactive and invested they were. Concerns were not simply noted and left; they were carefully observed, documented and clearly communicated, with a genuine effort to work alongside us every step of the way. The detailed reports, observations and evidence provided were invaluable in helping us understand his needs and in supporting onward referrals. My child was treated with patience, warmth and respect at all times. He was supported in a way that helped him feel safe, understood and regulated, which made a significant difference to his wellbeing and development. This nursery provided far more than childcare. It gave our family trust, reassurance, and hope.

Our daughter has had a fantastic experience so far in nursery. The staff are very caring and brilliant with the babies. They have really encouraged her vocabulary and communication skills. She loves getting involved in the arts and crafts and tuft trays which have helped her motor skills and
development. It's a fantastic nursery and I would highly recommend it. Staff are very friendly and easy to deal with.

We couldn't be happier with Sleepy Hollow Holywood!
Our son & daughter have been with SH for 6months now and it has done wonders for their development. The care and support the staff give not only to them, but also ourselves as first time parents, has been so greatly appreciated.

We strongly recommend Sleepy Hollow Nursery Holywood. We have had our 2 children at 4 different nurseries over the past 6 years and Sleepy Hollow is hands down the best one we have used. It is very well managed, the staff are very tuned into the children and the nursery has great resources and
routines. It is also more affordable than a lot of nurseries and has a wonderful ethos grounded in the Reggio Emilio approach. The children are encouraged to play creatively with natural things (e.g sand, water, earth) and have access to gread outdoor spaces. It is a breath of fresh air and it is great to have peace of mind having our daughter there where we know she is nourished and growing well.

We've been part of the Sleepy Hollow Holywood family for nearly two years and couldn't be happier. We absolutely love the nursery and all of the wonderful staff. We're especially grateful to everyone who cares for our son each day, and to Denice and Rachael who have also supported us as a family

My daughter has been attending over a year now. Having experienced both the baby room and now the toddler EAL room. She absolutely loves it at sleepy hollow. In the baby room she had many days she didn't want to come home with dad or me, I think that speaks volumes of the girls who work there. I
would be hard pushed to find a fault with the staff, facilities or programs. She has developed beautifully in fine motor skills and her speech. The arts and crafts activities are endless and has encouraged her development further. The curiosity approach wasn't something I had heard of prior to joining SHG but would recommend it. She loves the outdoor play and adventures as well.
All staff and management are approachable and pleasant and have always enabled our requests when required.

check in on the app at any point throughout the day. We love to see the pictures of when they get outside for walks and the activities they do each day! My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Our experience of Sleepy Hollow has been very positive. Staff obviously take the time to bond and engage with the children and make time to learn their preferences and needs.
Management have been proactive in dietary requirements and considered allergies seriously.
Our children always come away
with a smile, a new activity learnt and some new creative piece of art or song.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend SHG to family and friends.

I have been very impressed with Sleepy Hollow early Childhood centre. Our personal situation and work life have been in flux for the past month, and we have looked to sleepy hollow to provide ad hock and sporadic wrap around childcare while our little ones started school and I started a new job.
Rachael and her team have been absolutely fantastic. They have been very accommodating to our needs, looked after our children attentively and provided a safe space for them to play. I am very grateful for their flexibility and care towards my children.
