Fantastic staff, amazing facilities, and a magical place for the children to play and learn. Everything from the children’s reports to the quality of the food, from the outdoor space to the overall management - it's all first class.

Amanda Brown

Job Title: Manager Joined: 2023

Amanda started at RAFA Kidz Medmenham in April 2023 when we opened. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare and worked in every role during her career.


Amanda is passionate about providing the best care, support and learning opportunities for the children and families that attend the setting and has led the fantastic team at Medmenham to an Outstanding rating from Ofsted, the 2nd in her time as a manager.


Amanda holds a level 3 in childcare as well as being Pediatric First aid trained, Mental Health & Wellbeing Lead and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Sammie Farrar

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2023

Sammie has been at RAFA Kidz Medmenham since we opened in April 2023 and has 15 years of experience in the early years.


Sammie is currently the room leader for the baby room and is passionate about supporting the children and their families from such a young age to help them grow and develop to their full potential.


She holds a degree in childcare and has also completed her Pediatric First Aid training, PANCo and is the Military Child Champion as well as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
